Oh yeah...what night are you guys doing the Borgata? We're thinking of getting tickets again!

He's actually really excited about it. They were his first concert too believe it or not! I'm sure he would LOVE that I tell you guys these things.

I haven't gotten tickets yet but I'm shooting for 5/28 because that's the night Shelby is going! I have work the next day though. Ugh.

Happy Friday, ladies! In case you didn't see it on twitter, the new issue of People (Sandra B on the cover) has the first pics of Joe's new baby and it details baby Rhys' severe hearing loss. Beautiful family and they seem to be handling the challenge that his condition brings very well.

Heather, I did see that article on Rhys. So sweet. I love how strong a family it seems they have there. Joey and Barrett are too cute.

Exactly 14 days until my vacation! Lord knows I need it. I have a HORRIBLE group for one of my MBA classes. They don't do ANY work. I just cant put together a 10 page marketing plan and powerpoint presentation in addition to my other class's work and oh yeah work full time. Working with them is the pits. I lied to them, though, lol. I told them I was out of reach starting Saturday AM...when it's actually Tuesday. I had to, though. I did NOT want to spend my last couple days driving to campus when I could be packing and running final errands.

Hi everyone!! I'm missing our little group these days! I was sick all day yesterday and after 12 hrs straight sleep last night I'm feeling human again.

Jay & I are getting married on April 17th and I have so much left to do. It's going to be extremely budget, pretty simple and kinda small. I got my dress at Dress Barn, the guys are wearing khakis, shirts and ties...food is going to be easy like chicken salad, meatballs, meat trays, veggie trays, etc. I think we should have just done the JOP route, but Jay wanted a wedding, so a wedding he gets.

Then we leave on 4/29 for the cruise. I seriously cannot wait for this trip. We are taking the kids, his grandparents are going, as ar my mom & stepdad and my mommom and her hubby. It's going to be great and it's sooo needed. I can't wait for warm weather & sunshine!

Hi girls!! I haven't been checking in either, I'm on Facebook a lot though.

Things are busy here, as usual. I always feel like I'm running from one place to the next. So thankful we're headed on vacation on Saturday. Noah did his scuba course so he is all set to dive when we get to Turks and Caicos. He is BEYOND excited!

Erin - congrats on the wedding!! I can imagine how stressed you are but it'll all come together!!

Did someone mention going to WDW? A friend of mine went there yesterday and today with his kids. Around 11am they arrived at the MK and couldn't get in, it was full to capacity! Holy cow, can't even imagine how crowded it must be!

On another note, I haven't done well with my dieting. When I get back from this trip I am going to kick it into high gear, I want to lose 20lbs by 5/19. That's my DS10's 5 day band trip that I'm going on. I want to feel more comfortable about myself because right now I feel like crap. I'm actually bummed to be going on vacation at my current weight, but I'd rather be on vacation then here!

Anyway, hope you guys are doing well. If I don't see you, have a great Easter!

I can't imagine MK being filled to capacity. What a scary thought.

I have a busy weekend ahead of me. I have work til 5 today and then I'm going into NYC for a friend's birthday bash at Dave and Busters. That should be a lot of fun! Saturday I have a couple last minute Easter shopping to do for my nephews and little cousins. I got them some stuff but I forgot things like cards. And my family is a bunch of gamblers (that gene must have skipped me) so everyone is getting a lotto scratch off lol. That's the thing to do for us. Plus, I'm getting my haircut at 3 that day too. And Sunday's Easter and everyone is going to my mom's! I hope everyone has a great weekend.

PS - I can officially say that JK guy aka Kris is now my boyfriend. I feel so high school!

Erin... I can't believe how quickly the wedding is approaching! Good luck and enjoy it.... it goes so fast! I can't wait to see the pictures!

Shelby... have fun on vacation! I could use one right now! We have nothing planned until July when we spend a week with friends at South Padre. My BFF and I are trying to plan a cruise with our hubby's for September to celebrate our anniversaries whicha re 2 days apart. 11 years for us and 7 for them. We will see if it happens!

Jenny... glad I am not the only one with a crazy weekend! Enjoy! And i am so excited about the new boyfriend. I saw the pic on facebook. you are too cute together!

We're back! We had a FANTASTIC time! OMG I was so scared of the crowds for no reason. Was it crowded? Yes. Did I have a plan and utilize rope drop? YES! Our longest wait was 40 minutes for Soarin'. Got to MK at by 7am and WALKED on 9 rides in a row! After that we waited about 10 minutes each. We hit the exit at 11:30am when droves of people were coming in. Went back to Pop swam, napped, had lunch. Headed back to the parks between 6:30-7:30pm til close.


I will never be scared of the crowds again. If you know how to do it it's really not a big deal. I loved the extended park hours. We shut down Epcot at midnight and MK both nights at 1am.

Worst part of the trip is when I was paying for lunch at Sci Fi (Alex's fave). She had been looking at our pics on the camera and then accidently deleted every single one of them! I cried thru the Muppets 3D. So we walked away with only 21 pictures.

It was great to spend so much time with Alex. Just the 2 of us, no distractions. I hope she remembers it when she is older. I know I'll never forget it.

I had a great pic I was excited about. We were riding Dumbo at straight up 7am. The sun was just rising over the trees. There wasn't a person in site towards the teacups. It looked great on my little screen. I was excited to see it larger. Maybe I'l get too!

Hi ladies! Just checking in. This will probably be the last time I'm on the DIS until I get back from vacation. I've been so busy at work trying to get stuff squared away before I'm out. I will, however, be tweeting up until next Thursday. I woke up feeling sick this morning. I think I've just been so stressed between work/school, and it's been so busy I haven't even pulled my suitcase out yet. And that stresses me out too, lol. But things are dying down a little bit today, which is a relief, and I'm off Monday, so I have 3 full days to run errands and pack, which is amazing. I just can't wait for Tuesday morning to get here. So stoked we get to see Lifehouse in concert Tuesday night. That Jason Wade is a mighty handsome man. *sigh* too bad he's married, lol. All the yummy ones are. See you all soon!

I have been busy with my brothers kiddos, cant wait for him to be back from Iraq in October.

I am living life as a single parents, since my husband is still in Reno for work. He will not be home until August so.... I am Always busy.

Then he found me on facebook, we started talking more (we'd be chatting and texting til the wee hours of the morning ), and that eventually led to us hanging out one night and everything sort of fell into place after that. I still can't believe it, after talking about it so much with you girls. I'd been crushing on him for MONTHS!
