No HOB tickets for me. I got in right at 10, made my selection, and then my computer took sooooo long to get to the next page I got an error message. By the time I got to try again it was 10:02 and it was completely sold out...so apparently less than 2 minutes was all it took. What makes me mad and disgusted though is if you do a search on ebay or stubhub, people are auctioning off the $60 GA tickets for $200, $600, even up to $1,000. This is supposed to be a fun charitable event for fans...and it bugs me people are trying to make a quick buck on it.

I'm glad Karen posted our report since it's taken me so long to get on here. Things have been crazy. I will post a few pics on here for those of you not on Twitter (are there any? ) I was happy with the way my Facetime with Ddub went I actually managed to introduce myself this time and tell him that I've loved him for 20 years. I got two hugs and a kiss on the cheek. He signed my DDub Diamond Edition CD: To Melody Love Donnie I was kind of disappointed that we weren't allowed to take pics with our own cameras in Facetime. I was all ready to hand Karen my camera and I had told her to pretend she was papparazzi and shoot away! But, when we got up there, a security guy said "camera's off" They had a professional photographer there taking pictures. I just hope they turn out! Ddub said they would be posted today. Karen cracked me up while he was signing her shirt, she turned to the camera and cheesed big Like Karen said, we met Flossy. He was very sweet. He really knew how to work it though! He walked up beside me and was rubbing on my back and planted a big kiss on my cheek.

Wow it has been a while since I checked in. I had to come get the Full report of Facetime with Karen and Melody. LOL

Sunday Donnie will be in Houston. I do NOT see myself going- even tho I have checked flights,hotels,etc. I also check to make sure I can still get a ticket if the cards fall right. But very slim chances of that happening.

My Bro (National Guard) is do home from Training Early ( 7am) on Monday Morning - Since Party is Sunday night I dont think I could swing it. I am too old for all nighters. LOL My Brother will be returning early Friday after Thanksgiving. And will be leaving for Afghanistan on Dec 1 (Tuesday). I am executor to all of his things-So needless to say I STILL have lots to do before he leaves.

I promise I will try to check in more often, Facebook kicks me off everytime I log on- So that is why I am missing some of the gossip.

I'm going to see Daughtry tonight! I only know like 4 of his songs lol but my sister is a huge fan. It should be fun!

Hi ladies! Saw the professional pics Melody & Karen. Wow! They came out fabulous. FINALLY they hired a good photographer.

Yeah, I'm a little disappointed about not getting HOB tickets, but I can't complain or be TOO sad. I've gotten lots of face time between Donnies part at Hard Rock last year, 2 5*s, and the cruise. The only thing that bothers me is the auction aspect of it because it's a charitable event for fans to come and contribute...not a regular concert. Se la vie!

And in other news...because things are going so great...my STUPID albeit beautiful car was recalled...AGAIN. I swear it must be possessed by Satan. So I get to spend tomorrow morning at the dealership, which is in the complete opposite direction of where I work.

We are leaving on Friday night & driving all night to Des Moines. We have a baptism in Des Moines on Sunday and then we will head north on Sunday evening to the parentals. So I will be there all week. I have to go back down to Des Moines on Tuesday though because I am having the boys' pics taken down there. Hello, everyone! Remember my basement issues around the time Brian was home on R&R? Well, I finally have it remodelled. It looks great! I just have to move everything back in now that the flooring is in. What a pain in the butt, but I think it will work in our favor when we sell the house next year. Sounds like Brian may be home before Christmas, which is a month early. Such great news, but it means I need to have to my house ready to sell by the beginning of the year. Feels like we just moved in... oh yeah... we did! The joys of the military!

I don't know if I'd use the word creepy. It's more like you know he's full of it but b/c of Donnie you put up with it. Kind of like Johnny. I can't tell you how many gals I hear/read that talk about how hot he is. Uh, really? I think he looks like just a guy that works at WalMart. (not that that is bad, but you know what I mean) I see zero hotness there! But he's in Donnie's entourage so that ups his rating I guess. Flossy was everywhere that night. Very accessible and I saw nothing but respect from him. It's more like he likes to be in the spotlight and feels like he hit the jackpot with us Blockheads.

The spring for the gas valve cap isn't strong enough to keep it closed in some conditions so it could leak....eventually possibly leading to a fire. I brought it in this morning and am supposed to pick it up this afternoon. Fingers crossed I get the all clear phone call in a bit.
