You never know if the system is that messed up! I had a friend order a New Orleans Jazz Fest print poster one time, the cheapest one, and they ended up sending him the signed, numbered and stamped edition. Of course, he did not say anything.

They are selling tickets to Niagra Falls show, but all the other dates that released this morning at 10 you can't purchase any more tickets. I haven't tried to call them again because I figure they are totally bogged down. I'll just have to be patient (yea right!!!).

Oh no!!! How'd you find out? Do you know for SURE?? Because I know everyone today would get a different answer when they'd call ILAA. Just holding out hope there's still a chance that one of them went through.

I'm sorry. That's really not very fair at all. I'm so sorry if it truly is the case and you have to go in again and do it all over. Plus, there's a ton of people that it happened to, so you know ALL of them are going to be doing the same thing. Who's to say the site won't crash again????

Just saw this on the other board, hopefully it is true!

Talked to ILAA and the man said they were going to be there all night. So if you haven't got your confirmation yet you may get it in the middle of the night.. Also for those of you who did not get 5* they will be back up in the morning. I hope at least this eases some of your fears..

Well I'm up bright and early this morning. Still no e-mail. Still 3 pending transactions in my ILAA account. Still 1 posted payment to credit card company. ILAA is STILL down this morning. So who knows. I called and talked to the guy last night and he said even though I had pending transactions that because of the crash I would most likely have to re-order this morning.

Oh well, if it doesn't happen this time, there is always the summer tour. I'll keep you posted on what I find out today.

Crystal, a lot of people on the NKOTB board are in the same boat. It seems like most of them were told NOT to re-order and to just wait. They said if it says 'sent to processor' that it's in the system and they need to wait a little longer for that confirmation email.

Now, I don't know what the actual answer is, it seems like different answers have been given out.

I still have one listed as 'sent to processor' and I'm just waiting to see if it ever shows up as 'approved'. Someone said their status changed from that to approved so who knows!!!

I do hope it works out well for you!!

Hey Shelby do both of your orders on ILAA say sent to processor or does one of them say approved? I called my credit card company and they said they have approved the transaction, but that ILAA hasn't taken the money yet. So I'm wondering if I still have hope of actually having tickets.

I hate it when that happens! I accepted a friend request on facebook from someone who is an NKOTB fan in the UK. I have no idea who she is, have never corresponded with her at all, but I LOVE reading her status updates. Absolutlely EVERYTHING is NKOTB related! A bit of an obsessed fan I would say!
