They've suspended the purchase of the VIP packages! So many people have duplicate orders because of what happened. I just checked my 'order history' and there are two on there! One is the set of tickets I got an order confirmation for and the other says 'sent to processor'. I have NO clue what that means.

I can't even get through to ILAA right now. I guess I will just have to sit back until things calm down a bit and then contact them.

That's exactly what happened to me. I had three duplicate charges sitting there. But the credit card company confirmed that one went through.

Oh my goodness. I just read on the 'other' site that there are people that have orders listed as 'sent to processor' and that's it. They were told they have to wait for ILAA to sift through the orders to see if there are enough left over to fulfill their ticket order!! I would NOT be very happy with that!

I'm not sure what exactly to do. I guess if the second set shows up processed I can just cancel one.

The one that shows up as 'sent to processor' was a lot earlier...the order number is 300 less than the one that has been processed!! So, if it goes through I guess I should cancel the second one?? I don't know!

Mine are all saying sent to processor. But I did confirm with my credit card company that one charge did go through. I just tried to call ILAA and they have a message machine on, they are not answering the phone anymore. I actually did talk to a person this morning when this first happened. He told me that I did actually get the tickets (right now they are holding 6 for me, when I only wanted 2). That whatever goes through that I did not want they would credit the others back to my credit card.

So I feel a little better that I actually have tickets, but still a little worried that I have way more than I wanted. That was a very frustrating hour trying to buy those tickets. I'm sure it will all be worth it when I see them in March though! I guess it's to the gym for me.

I'm sure you're fine. You spoke with someone and you know that a charge went through. Some of the others have NOTHING to go on. Then I'd be in a panic.

Don't worry, I have two orders showing up too so I've got 4 tickets! (IF the other one goes through)

The latest and greatest. I actually just got a human being on the phone at ILAA. I HAVE TICKETS!!!!! WOOHOO. I actually have 6 tickets, but they are going to credit 4 back to my account. I was sure to tell her that I wanted to keep the earliest order........because they do go by when your order hits the site. So I got through the first time at about 10:05, so hopefully I will have great seats.

Shelby, it looks like you've got a taker in Heather if you want to get rid of your extra two tickets.

Crystal, that's why I'm waiting on this other order...even if I am going to cancel one. I want the order with the earliest time. It's the only way that keeps it fair. It's not our fault the site had issues, you know?

Mine should be right around that time frame, I remember looking and it was 10:06 at that point.

Someone just posted over on the other site and said that they had it showing 'sent to processor' and their credit card was charged twice. She then called ILAA and they told her that her order wasn't processed, they'd refund her the $$ and she needs to reorder again!! I'd be MAD!!!!!

I think ILAA needs to figure out a better system. They should proabbly stagger the days that cities go on sale vs trying to do 20 at a time. Silly people. I think the New Kids should hire me to keep these contractors in line!!!

I totally agree. Or at the very least stagger times a bit. Some on sale at 10, some at 1, etc. It's just too much at one time.

I still haven't heard anything about my other order. Every time I call ILAA I get an automated message.

But they are saying that you definitely should NOT try to order again until this is all cleared up. So I'm just waiting to see what happens. I am starting to worry about Saturday now- with all the dates going on sale at the same time what is going to happen to ticketmaster. I am ok waiting until noon or something to know that only the show I am wanting tickets for is the hold up. It is going to be CHAOS.

I am sure I will be really irrated by the end of the process.

Oh, Crystal!! What the heck?? None of it makes any sense. I'm sorry you're going through the stress, but I have faith it'll all work out!!!

The site actually has suspended the NKOTB section for anymore orders. It says BE RIGHT BACK or something like that. I wonder when they'll get the situation rectified!!

ILAA really needs to get this worked out. People on the NKOTB boards are FREAKING out. (and I totally understand it)

I don't think that many people actually got confirmation emails. So, Crystal, I think you should be JUST fine!! You placed that order good and early. I'm sure you've got tickets. (probably 6 of them!)

I keep checking my order history on ILAA to see if the one changes to approved. Then I will see what's what!

You know what would be awesome? If the glitch in the system works to y'all's advantages and you end up getting charged for only one or two VIPs and end up getting all the extra ones too, at no cost!

But I don't see it happening that we're all allowed to keep tickets we didn't pay for! lol
