OK, ladies, Ryan Seacrest was never one of my favorites, now he's on my, um, list.
I'm working and I hear "Extra" in the background and he and AC Slater (I refuse to call him by his real name) were talking about how they can't sing, either of them. Then Seacrest starts singing "The Right Stuff" and then says "You know what's worse than being as bad as you is I just picked a NKOTB song."
Now I love The Soup even more for making fun of him.

A few things....

Shelby those pictures are awesome! I'm very jealous because it is cold and rainy here. It's better than 30 minutes north of us though, they got 12 inches.

Black Friday shopping makes me shudder! But I think I may do it this year!

My DH works for the cable company and he was out at someone's house installing cable. He just called me from one of his installs to tell me to turn to channel 905, a hip hop music station, and guess what was playing? NKOTB! He's the greatest!

We have to leave the house at 3 a.m. to get to the town that we shop in by 4:00!! I honestly don't know why I do it every year, but I keep doing it, and I love it!

It took me forever to go for the first time. My mom and aunt always went and I always thought they were crazy. A couple years ago I finally went and we had a blast. Good luck finding those deals!

So, I got the Walmart Black Friday ad in the mail today and it might be worth getting up early and braving the crowds! DH needs a digital camera to take with him when he deploys and they have a 10MP Kodak for $79. AWESOME prices on TV's if anyone is in the market. $4 kids character pj's, $5 HSM dolls. I just might be at Wally World at 5 a.m.

Giving everyone a "Happy Turkey Day" early since we're heading out in a bit for Louisiana. What used to only take us five hours has been averaging about eight hours lately, so I'm not looking forward to it.

At least one thing is accomplished ... I can be thankful I don't live in Louisiana anymore ... and be thankful next time I will be traveling for more than two hours, it will be to WDW!

To all of you heading out to Black Friday, may God be with you because you are CRAZY! (I love the dancing banana).

Happy Thanksgiving to all my NKOTB'ers. I hope you have a wonderful holiday tomorrow!!

We'll be having dinner on the beach with someone we made friends with that works here at the resort. She has no family on the island so she'll be joining us!

Today my son went into the restroom at the resort, when he came out he told me the music playing in there was NKOTB, Summertime! He just rolled his eyes when I asked if it would be wrong of me to go in there.

Anyway, just checking in....have a great day tomorrow!!!!

hi Ladies!

well my crazy hubby did it, yes he did he went shopping this morning!

He went to Wal-Mart for the camera, ending up getting 2 of those plus a boat load of other stuff~ but here is the kicker he was back in 40 minutes, and spent $400 bucks, only a man!

dont tell him I said so but he did good, he really did!

I managed to wake up at 2:30 this morning (it was a tad chilly outside). I brought along my mother and my brother's girlfriend. Oh what fun we had. We have to travel about an hour to get to a decent shopping area, as our town only has a Wal Mart. So we were at the door of Kohl's at 4:00 a.m. just as they were opening the doors........what luck. I felt sorry for those poor soul's that had been waiting out there for hours. We got done in there in about 40 minutes (with the shopping that is), and we went to the checkouts.........................all the way around to the back end of the store. We were in line longer than we actually shopped. Oh well, we had fun in line, and actually did some more shopping. We hit 5 or 6 more stores and by 11:00 we were on our way home. Now here I sit at 5:40 p.m. and I feel like it is mid-night and my husband looked at me about 1/2 an hour ago and said do you think you could make me those homemade cinnamon buns. I couldn't say no.

7 days until we leave for Disney, yep, next Friday I'll be in Orlando by lunch!! I've already given my best friend money and told her that if tour dates release while I'm away it is her job to buy me those tickets. I know wishful thinking this early, but a girl can dream.
