Disembarkation - Time for Private Transport Pick-Up

I originally scheduled our private pick-up for 8am. Our flight leaves at 11:25. Should we bump up the pickup to 7:30 or would 8am work as well? We obviously don't want to rush off the boat but want to leave plenty of time for travel and airport check-in.

I made a 10:55 flight with an 8AM pickup. I was at my gate by 9:30ish. The driver was 10 minutes late. Traffic was steady but no accidents.

We were on the curb by 7:30, we did skip breakfast. We did not do express. Getting through customs was my concern and knowing that our driver wouldn't wait more then 15 minutes worried me.

I booked an 11:25 flight for my next trip but have requested a 7:45 pickup
