With no internet, had to go to Panera Bread tonite for dinner and to make submit fantasy lineups and Pick Em picks. And, since family was along I did not have much time. Could be a bad week.

Left a huge game on the bench, because I was afraid to put Dez Bryant back in the lineup when I saw he was going to be "evaluated at game time" to see if he could play.

No kidding... I expected much more from him in that offense. Been a big disappointment. I was more worried about him getting hurt than I was about him not putting up numbers.

Though the Peanut Butterin' Jets did a heck of a job of helping out my opponent last night. I didn't really care that they got beat, but HOLD ON TO THE D*^& BALL!!!

Looks like it could be a high-scoring game going all the way down to the wire, as we each have players still to go tonight.

With the first quarter of the season in I thought it would be a good time to post our League Standings.

We have 4 undefeated teams...and 4 winless teams.
Also last years Dole Whip Cup Champ Jasmine's Necklace is showing no signs of sagging.

So far all of our games have been Intra-Divisional...the next 4 weeks (Weeks 5-8) will be against Cross-Divisional opponents. Every team will face 2 teams each from 2 different divisions. This should prove interesting as some teams may have the same players on their rosters...Also Week 5-8 are NFL Bye weeks with 6 teams being off each week.

Thanks for posting this, so I can relish the thought of actually making the playoffs. I have to admit that my record is mainly due to my opponents having an off week, rather than my teams detroying them. I think this was the best week for my team, but I still would have been beat by 7 other teams.

It is just hard to focus too much on football right now with my Rangers on a roll.

Well, I realize this is a fantasy football thread, but since I can't seem to start a complete lineup that can actually finish their games in a given week and the Colts are 0-5 I had to find something else entertaining about this football season. Trailing heading into Monday Night. A late comeback is possible, but not probable. I need a HUGE game from Stafford, and I need him to have it with his rookie slot receiver Titus Young, instead of with his TE Pettigrew. And a good ol' fashioned shoot-out would be nice, with the Lions defense getting lit up its share too. Is that too much to ask?

I have a chance this week... but I'm looking for a bit different game than you are. I need Stafford to maybe throw a couple of pick 6's. I guess I could stand for a night full of Hanson kicking 50 yard field goals and then maybe a kickoff return or 2 by the Bears. Either way, my winning most likely depends on Stafford not having a great game and the Bears defense coming to play.

Also, in my money league, I trail by 5.5 points going into tonight's game, so if Urlacher could be the recipient of a turnover or 2, I'd much appreciate it.
