Discovery Cove sellout dates?

So we've just decided to add a day at Discovery Cove to our upcoming June trip to Florida. We are planning 3 nights at Universal, so 2 or 3 Universal Park days. We figured after checking out of Universal, we'd do Discovery Cove as a way to relax after some solid park walking days. However it's totally new to us but I know my kids want to do the helmet dive at least.

Currently all of the dates we are looking at in June are available. My question is how often do they sell out, especially in June? Will the prices increase as they sell more tickets? I guess I'm wondering how early I really NEED to book this just in case things don't work out. We have a relative in failing health and I have a big concern about booking anything this far in advance that I can't cancel with full refund within a few days.

You can cancel 30 days out or reschedule at least once with no penalty. I'm sure the date you could move to would be based on availability.

They do sell out and I guess they sell out quite often

DC has a limited capacity of roughly 1300 people per day. Once the tickets are gone, they're gone. The price will remain the same.

Hmmm...guess I'll have to take my chances. I'm not looking for a price break. I just know that there's a chance I may need to change my dates or cancel and so I'd rather wait as long as possible until I book.

Like right now...I see I can book 5 people pretty much any day this week and next week. I have no idea what it will be like in June and what happens if I wait a few days before our trip, or even a week, to try to book it. I was just curious if anybody had tracked that in the past or noticed it.

I think we'll just have to take our chances unfortunately.
