Discovery Cove in November?

Forgive me and my Yankee ways... is Discovery Cove in November going to be fun? I understand your weather (I'm a Pittsburgher) averages around 70, but in your opinion, will we be able to enjoy being wet and exploring in November?

The water is cold in the summer...try about 65 or so. There is no guarantee on the weather either. You could have a normal Florida day and have it be in the 70's or 80's or we could get a cold snap and it could drop down to about 50. They do give you a wetsuit to wear, but people forget that it uses water to regulate your body to the water temp. Can be chilly.

I have been to Discovery Cove twice in November as I wanted to go for my birthday. The weather was great both times. The water is the same temperature year round and the air temperatures were very pleasant.

We are going November 5th and hope to have great weather but anything Florida has will feel like heaven compare to our winters here.....

My kids cant wait as we asked each of them what they wanted to do on our first Florida vacation along with Disney and the youngest wanted to swim with dolphins and the middle one wanted to snorkle so i get to fulfill 2 wishes in one day

I have gone to Orlando(from Pittsburgh) the past 5 mid Novembers. Every year with the exception of last year(which had temperatures colder than it had been in 40 years) had many days of very warm swimmable weather. The evenings do get cool, but you will be out of DC by nightfall. We are going Nov 16th. We are in Orlando till the 19th, so if the weather looks bad on the 16th, I will try to make my one free change to a better weather day that week.
