I am buying in Dec 2010 b/c that is when I pay off my car! LOL. Just trying to be responsible; don't need another monthly bill until I lose one of the ones I have! I wish I could do it now though b/c of all the great deals. Not sure if I will buy new or resale, depends on the deals at the time. I do subscribe to emails from two reputable DVC resale companies. Not sure of property either. If I do resale, I may try to buy into two different ones just to give me the option of booking out 11 months at two different ones. I like the treehouses at Saratoga,so my entire family (parents, brother's family, & mine) could go if I banked and borrowed, also like AKL, WL, OKW (the biggest rooms!! and usually good price), the Boardwalk resorts. Well, I guess I pretty much like them all! No problem on the questions!

I think you're going to absolutely love your DVC! We actually just added on to our SSR contract last week so that we have enough points for both extended stays (2-week vacations) as well as enough for at least a week in the new THV. We are in LOVE with those units!!!!! Now we have 350 SSR.
