Make sure you try the different types of hummus with pita bread and the ministrone soup. I loved it. We enjoyed trying this place, it wasn't my kids favorite, but we all found things we really liked. Oh yeah, mini keylime pies in phyllo crust

It's SO funny you mention that, Tim has been having a major hummus kick lately, all of a sudden he can't get enough of the stuff so he was thrilled when he read your post and I love keylime pies, should be a fun meal.

I love how you all are taking the time to go back to the resorts in the afternoon for R&R. That really is the way to do WDW. And with 18 days, you have the time!

WOO HOO!!!!

When we stayed at AKL in March, it was so, so nice to have dinner at Boma and just get dressed and go downstairs. no rushing to get somewhere.

We took some time to enjoy the resort. Gotta love that hot tub at AKL. The kids loved the pool.

I feel relaxed just remembering my view of the pool with the thatched roof in the background. Ahhhhhh. Oh to be there now

Can't wait for that, it should be a relaxing night.

TWO DAYS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, today will be my last "this time next week post". Today is going to be a CRAZY day of last minute packing, etc. because TOMORROW WE HEAD TO INDIANAPOLIS! I can't believe how close we are!!! Also, my best friend who lives in Germany is coming into town today and since we leave tomorrow we'll be heading over there this evening to spend some time with her before we leave, so not much time to post after that.
I'll do one more final farewell from Indianapollis before we fly away TO DISNEY WORLD on Sunday!!!!!!!!

So, for one final time......... here is what we will be doing THIS TIME NEXT WEEK:
We'll be up at the crack of dawn headed to Animal Kingdom for an early Tusker House reservation before the park opens:

Well enjoy AK park for a while:

Then after we've had our fill and are dying from the heat we'll head back to our OH SO CLOSE AKL villa and get in our suits for a swim:

This is our night for just Tim and I ALONE together at Epcot and dinner at LeCellier
The kids will be dropped at childcare:

Tim and I will enjoy some alone time in the World

Well, I gotta run, got to grab some breakfast and let the packing fest begin!!!!
