BEEN DOING MY WORKOUTS DAILY. HAVENT REALLY BEEN POSTING THOSE AS I POST WHAT I AM DOING IN ANOTHER GROUP. TODAY JUST GRABBED PROTEIN ITEMS FOR WORK. DIDNT FEEL LIKE PREPPING ANYTHING.

SNACK PROTEIN COFFEE
DINNER LEFTOVER CHICKEN AND DICED HARD BOILED EGG IN A SALAD WITH VEGGIES AND LITE DRESSING
SNACK PROTEIN COFFEE IF NEEDED

Down four pounds this week! Ordered salted caramel quest protein from Amazon. Had it in my coffee this morning. It is amazing!!! Also ordered a quest protein that tastes like cinnamon toast crunch. Have not tried that one yet but am looking forward to it!!

i ordered quest protein from amazon. bought salted caramel and cinnamon crunch. they are both delicious!! i had the salted caramel in my coffee a few days ago and have been drinking the cinnamon in unsweetened almond milk. its so good!!
