BEEN DOING MY WORKOUTS DAILY. HAVENT REALLY BEEN POSTING THOSE AS I POST WHAT I AM DOING IN ANOTHER GROUP. TODAY JUST GRABBED PROTEIN ITEMS FOR WORK. DIDNT FEEL LIKE PREPPING ANYTHING.

BREAKFAST PROTEIN MUG CAKE
LUNCH LAST PIECE OF EGG BAKE
SNACK PROTEIN COFFEE
DINNER LEFTOVER CHICKEN AND DICED HARD BOILED EGG IN A SALAD WITH VEGGIES AND LITE DRESSING
SNACK PROTEIN COFFEE IF NEEDED

snacks protein shake or greek yogurt powdered ranch dressing, cut up veggies

Down four pounds this week! Ordered salted caramel quest protein from Amazon. Had it in my coffee this morning. It is amazing!!! Also ordered a quest protein that tastes like cinnamon toast crunch. Have not tried that one yet but am looking forward to it!!

lunch zero carb egg white wraps, egg whites with two tablespoons cheese and a tablespoon of real bacon bits
snack nonfat greek yogurt with ranch powder, cut up veggies
dinner roasted turkey breast, broccoli
snack if needed protein shake

dinner chicken breast and various veggies (sheetpan dinner)
snack protein shake or greek yogurt ranch powder and cut up veggies

breakfast protein powder with unsweetened almond milk (orange creamsicle flavored protein yumm)!!!
lunch 2oz lean steak, 1 hardboiled egg, a tablespoon of cheddar and a tablespoon of real bacon in a salad with lite ranch
dinner-leftover sheetpan chicken and veggies
snack protein shake or greek yogurt, ranch powder and cut up veggies

    another lazy day of not packing!

    breakfast whey protein mixed with unsweetened almond milk
    lunch protein bar
    snack protein coffee
    dinner-either veggie omlette or salad with leftover turkey and Asian peanut dressing
    snack if needed greek yogurt, dry ranch powder and cut up veggies

    i ordered quest protein from amazon. bought salted caramel and cinnamon crunch. they are both delicious!! i had the salted caramel in my coffee a few days ago and have been drinking the cinnamon in unsweetened almond milk. its so good!!
