Discounts on Universal Passes

I don't know if this is the best deal on USF tickets but I buy my Disney tickets with Undercover Tourists and they were the best deal I could find. To get the best deal with them you need to sign up for the free electronic newsletter at mousesavers.com then when they email you the newsletter once a month with a link to Undercover Tourist which gives them a special discount for their members. They are quick and give excellent service.

Right now they show Universal: these prices include tax and shipping
1 day 1 park adult for $70.95
" " child $58.95
2 park unlimited $99.95 that is 7 consecutive days at Universal, Islands and Citywalk

I am thinking of going to the Universal Halloween Night next October, does anyone know the cost of this event?

It varies by night and if you're a passholder. The new rates and information won't be out until this summer. Just hang tight until the new website is updated.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know....any walgreens employees out there. Your corporate discount has some great deals on universal tickets and combo tickets.

Can you share with us the ticket prices from last year? I don't even have a ballpark idea how much the tickets are as we've never attended before.

I only have the passholder prices from last year:

They were running a passholder special during the first three weekends (Friday and Saturday) of $29.99 + tax. Then:

Sunday - Thursday was $29.99
Friday - $44.99
Saturday - $59.99 (all plus tax of course)

The general public tickets are pretty expensive not to mention the Express passes for everyone...no discounts are given on the Express passes.

Has anyone gotten the Universal tickets using the Mousesavers newsletter codes (not Undercover Tourist) on ticketmaster? I'm considering getting them but wanted to find out if others had taken advantage of this deal-seems like a good one.

rosegirl, I got these tickets a couple weeks ago and used them yesterday without any problems.

Who's deals? :confused3

These are the current deals through the Mousesavers newsletter. You actually buy them through Ticketmaster.

*1-Day/1-Park Adult or Child: $49.99 plus tax (compare with gate prices of $75 adult/$63 child, plus tax)

* 1-Day/2-Park Adult or Child: $64.99 plus tax (compare with gate prices of $89.99 adult/$79.99 child, plus tax)

* 2-Day/2-Park Adult: $75.00 plus tax (compare with gate price of $119.99, plus tax)

* 2-Day/2-Park Child: $63.00 plus tax (compare with gate price of $109.99, plus tax)

err... if you have to buy them through ticketmaster, does that mean you have to end up paying the $28 upcharge from ticketmaster too????

The universal website sells the tickets much cheaper online than at the gate.

1 day/ 1 park : $73 for adult
1 day/ 2 park: $85 for adult
2 day/ 2 park: $95 for adult
7 day/2 park : $99 for adult

That's a really good question that no one has answered. I would imagine that if the upcharge was high, there wouldn't be so many people purchasing them. People seem to be pleased with the ticketmaster tickets so far.

I don't use them but in this day and age, I'm sure they would charge some sort of fee...everyone else is. :sad2:

I attended a lot of concerts while living in Atlanta-and for most all of them you are forced to purchase your tickets through ticketmaster- once you pay all of the ticketmaster convenience fees, it totals to about $28.00. I certainly hope this wouldn't be the case for the US tix :upsidedow

Nope! The service fees are waived and it's free delivery if you choose to have them shipped to your house. :thumbsup2 I was really relieved too. I recently bought Keith Urban tickets on Ticketmaster and had to pay about $30 extra in service fees. BOO!!

The only link that I had thru the newsletter was for Universal Hollywood, not Orlando.

This info was in the March 2nd newsletter. I'd be happy to forward it to you, if you'd like.
