Discounts on tickets?

Hi everyone! I've been off the boards for awhile. Just a general question: Do DVC members get a discount on their tickets anymore? The last time I went to WDW on DVC I got a 10% discount on the ultimate park hopper pass. But with the change in ticketing.. any insight would be great! Thanks!

We go once a year, but we stagger our trips so that we can get two trips out of it. We bought our AP's last summer and this summer we will go again before they expire. We will let them expire and then purchase new ones again the following year ('07) and repeat the process, using them again in ('08) and then letting them expire, etc.. After the DVC discount, I figure we are paying about $200 each trip for the PAP's which include admission to everything. That's about the price of a 4 day MYW base ticket which expires after 14 days, isn't a park hopper, and includes only the four main parks. We like the water parks and DQ alot, so it's definitely important for us to have that AP.

DVC membership provides great accommodations for a great price, in the long-run. Regarding park admissions, though, sometimes, the best deal is to not use an available discount.
