Discounts on concierge?

We plan to stay at the AKL (concierge) next August. Do they ever give discounts on their concierge rooms?

If so, could someone give me an idea how much they saved? I was quoted $479/night (yikes!!) and am looking for ways to bring down the price.

Not sure about AKL, but we were able to get AAA for Poly Concierge for April 2004. It doesn't hurt to ask now since the 2004 AAA rates are out.

We stayed AKL concierge this year for $360 a night Savannah viw with a Disney Club discount .... I think AAA discount is about the same.

AKL concierge is great, by the way .. you will love it!

Might want to be careful looking on these boards for discounts on concierge. Other current threads indicate that many feel that mentality is degrading the level of service and atmosphere in the lounges Good Luck
