I called at the 7 month window to switch from our home resort to BCV, and were successful in getting the room that we wanted.
However we were not able to get the member discount on our FRI/SAT cash ressie because they were all out. I inquired about wheather we could get an AP or AAA discount. The CM at member services told us to call CRO and see if they could add one of those discounts to our reservation. But when I talked to CRO they cannot even see our DVC ressie, so they could not give us any discount.
Has anyone ever been successful at getting any kind of discounted cash ressie when the member discount was sold out?
