Discounts in June?

I don't normally go to WDW in June, so don't know if there are ever any disounts offered. Do any of you remember if there have been discounts offered at the values, in June, in past years?

I received the regular AAA discount when I booked the Premium package for June during regular season.

I suspect if you use AAA the discount is not capacity controlled like the room only AAA discount you can get by calling disney.

I did not see any other discounts available. The hotels were booked solid and the parks were packed. It's not likely you will be able to get any kind of a discount.

There was some kind of general public code during part of the end of May through the first few days of Juneof 2007. I was able to get a slight room discount and a free ticket upgrade (added water parks and more and hoppers). I saved a little over $350.00. Not too much but I'll take whatever discounts I can get.

I found the discount and free upgrade on the Disney World website, special offers section.

Discounts for June and July are slimpickings. The past few years there have been a few discounts for some of the DVC resorts. I guess since the rooms have no trouble filling at full price there is no need to offer discounts. Note that even value and moderate resorts have a higher summer rate category. Good luck!!
