Discounts during Pop Warner

Hi there.

I just got a PIN for free dining. Won't be using it as I am staying during the famous Pop Warner week.

I am just wondering, if anyone knows, HISTORICALLY, do they give out free dining or a room discount during this week?

I was at POP last year during Pop Warner week and had free dining. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience....several groups of unchaperoned teams were evicted. There was an incident at the computerpool where 4 teams took over the pool and I felt very sorry for the 2 female lifeguards. It is one of the reasons I have decided never to stay at a Value again. The front desk CM's were very frustrated over the situation and were requesting that all guests who made complaints or witnessed incidents follow up with a supervisor.....very sad as POP is usually such a good resort!

When is POP Warner week?

Pop Warner week is Dec 8-14. Second week. BUT, free dining for Dec ended on Dec 4....so wondering if they start to come early, I'm thinking they will be there the whole weekend ahead.
