Discounts besides 4/3 out now question

I know the 4/3 discount is out now,but what others are out?I see where some people are getting 40% off,but is that not for the general public?Also is there anything else out yet for this year?How are peole getting the 40% off,is it by a email or postcard?Thanks

The 40% off is a pin code offer that people first started receiving by snail mail as a yellow flyer. Some recently received it via emaill. Most people that received it are passholders. I didn't receive a flyer in the mail but called and had a pin code attached to my name with the same dates as the flyer.

I received the 40% off pincode in an email from Disney Detinations on 01/06/09. I am not a passholder, but had ordered the planning DVD a few days prior. Same thing happened last year...recieved email with 40% off code a few days after ordering DVD. Not sure how they determine who gets these codes or if ordering the DVD has any connection or not
