Can you add these codes online when booking?

Yes, but they are not automatically applied. You have to find the "special offers" icon on the bottom of the main page and the offers are all listed. (It is amazing how many people might be booking their trips online and paying full price because they don't know about these deals!! )

The only offers that you won't find on the disney website are the pin codes that are sent to individuals.

I ended up using Starwoods points (10,000per nite) for the first 2 nights of our stay at the Swan from 9/14 to 9/20, and paying $164.25 AAA rate + the $10 per night resort fee - totaling $717 for hotel only (King standard room) for 6 night at the Swan ( plus tax) - that's $119.50 per night for a Deluxe Resort!!

Can you add these codes online when booking?

If you are referring to the random pin codes, you must call with your code because you have to find out availability for the code and you must confirm that it is YOUR code. Codes are non-transferable.

If it is a promotion and offered for the general public through Disney, then you can go to the Disney site, under special offers and book it online that way.

Random codes are better, because they are released before the public release date and there is more availability. Once it is released to the public, the availability goes down in a hurry.

I booked a package for May 2011 (standard room at CSR) back in November, and I just tried to apply offer code YW3. The CM told me YW3 was for room only (which I knew, but thought I could apply to my room portion)- but she said code JW9 was the same offer, but for packages. As luck would have it, there were no standard rooms left for the offer code, but she said she had waterview rooms available. She ran the numbers, and even though it wasn't as big of a discount as I was hoping for, I ended up with a room upgrade (to waterview), and about $210 off my 7 day package....

That's a shame that you didn't get a pin. I don't think they have one for your dates because of Easter, but keep wishing! I'll send some pixie dust your way! I never expected to get one! The pin I just got is better than the one they currently have for the public.

You just have to be lucky with the pin discounts to get that %. Like some have said they have gotten the 5% ones.

You don't need a pin for these discounts. They are available to the general public right on the disney world website. Look for the "special offers" icon. If you prefer calling, refer to the booking codes in post 1. They are SMP and YW3, depending on the dates.

Hi, I got the free dining last year when we were at the Pop Century. I am pretty sure it was open to the general public as well, but I can't be sure!

The Free Dining offer was offered I think last year for dates this year but you had to book by sometime in Dec. It was a public offer.

We had 2 sperated rooms at AKL stand view with 8 days P.Hopper and Waterparks with Deluxe Dining plan. That was 12,662.12. Called this am and upgraded us to a BR villia at Kidani Village using the room only code (it does allow you to add tickets and dining) for 10,668.99.
SO happy because now i have an entire kitchen and whilpool plus 3 TV's and maid service also washer nad dryer. (Yes I do laundry on vacation.)

Now i could shave off another 100 if i buy tickets through another source. However the down side is keeping up with everyone's . With the Keys to the Kingdom everything is on one card. Passes, dining, room key. It is much easier to keep up with.
