Hey Barb Long time no talk. I've been doing okay. How about you all. I see you have another fun filled trip coming up. That's awesome!

I haven't been around here much, because we decided to go with WDW APs last year. We're going back to UO this year, & can't wait. It killed us to skip it for a year, but it helped build the excitement for HP's arrival. Now, I'm playing catch up on all the reading I've missed in the last year.

I haven't been around here much, because we decided to go with WDW APs last year. We're going back to UO this year, & can't wait. It killed us to skip it for a year, but it helped build the excitement for HP's arrival. Now, I'm playing catch up on all the reading I've missed in the last year.

We are well....busy too. The boy keeps us hoppin'.

Universal again this year...plans changed just a touch. Our niece is now flying down to MCO and we'll be picking her up on our from Dad's to PBH. She's 17 & had a rough life (long story) and is probably the biggest HP fan I know! She is beyond excited and cannot wait. It'll be her first REAL vacation she's ever had.

FIL is turning 75 on 7/4, so we are taking him & his gal on the 5 night Carnival cruise (DH putting them in penthouse!) Bunch of family going...Dad's cousins, brothers, nieces, nephews, the spouses, etc....Going to be about 34 people I think? Sure to have some fun! If it weren't for the big 75, we wouldn't be doing the cruise.

Tell ya the truth, since the AP renewal rate jumped appx $50 pp, we are thinking of dropping 2 and keeping only 1 (for room discounts). For our small family of 3, $150 is nuthin to sneeze at. We are still on the fence about doing this...we are hoping to get to UO next year. BIL wants to rent a sailboat and take us sailing in the BVI...which, he's done before. We are lookin forward to it...sounds (& looks) like an awesome time...but, going to be much more expensive. So, on vacay, we'll haveta talk numbers w/ BIL.

Barb, you guys are so sweet to take your niece along. She'll remember it always, & have fond memories of you all for sharing the experience with her. I'm sure Bubba will enjoy having her there too.

We've never been on a Carnival cruise. You'll have to give us a review. Kudos to you & your DH for springing for the Penthouse for his dad. Maybe, they'll host a party for all of you. I'm guessing they would have a butler to take care of things like that.

Sailing the BVI sounds amazing. I've never been sailing, but I'd like to give it a try. That will definitely be a trip to remember. I'd give up UO for that.
