Does anyone know if the AP 10% discount (mickey monitor) with DVC rate can be purchased on-line or over the phone or does it need to be done in person at wdw customer relations?

I currently have an AP which expires in July 2009 but I am not going back again until August 2009. Rather then renew my current AP (dvc rate of $345) I would prefer to buy a new AP at the discounted rate of 10% of ($353.70) as it will extend the use through August 2010. But if I have to do this in person before July 31, I would not be able to do so and would opt for the standard renewal without the discount.

The coupons says that you have to do it in person at a guest relations window. Do you need a coupon? I have 6 of them!

Hey All! DH, DS4 and I are AP holders. As soon as we get our Mickey Monitor with the savings cards in them, we will gladly pass them along to those who are serious about buying APs. I will update here as soon as we get them!

If you can find someone with a Savings Pass Along Card, yiu can get 10% off APs bought between Ma 1 - July 31.

Try looking on the Theme Parks board.

hardingk - I do not need one but thank you for the offer. I believe I have 18 of them (3 households & 7 AP's in my family - possibly 42 of them if they send them to all AP holders).

I was just curious if anyone has called to see if this a "requirement" or not (doing in person at guest relations). I will probably call them later and ask if no else has done so...

It is for people paying regular full price for an AP. I don't think you can get the 10% discount on top of the DVC discount.

The 10% off is not good on the vouchers. You have to purchase at one of the theme park windows.
