Discount Codes - AKL Concierge???

I've only ever stayed off park or at DVC locations. We really want to head over to the AKL Concierge our next trip, at least for a few days. I often hear of people getting codes for discounts - where would I find these or sign up to possibly get them? Do they even offer discounts for the concierge level? We could float the full price but hey, if there is a coupon of sorts out there to be had I'll just kick myself for not using it!

There have not been many discounts for the general public recently - there have been a couple of specials if buying a MYW Package (free dining during the hurricane season, free Park Hopper and Water Parks feature on base passes more recently).

Your best bet to get a discount on a room is by buying an AP and booking a discounted room for AP holders (subject to availability, of course), or through AAA.

All that being said, I was looking recently at doing AKL concierge for a trip, and would have been able to book a room at somewhat of a discount through both AAA and my AP. Good luck!

Cool thanks for the information. Do you know which (typically) offers the bigger discount? AP or AAA? or are they the same?

The discounts have not been as great the past couple years - AAA is usually around 15% off, and the AP rates are usually a set amount off (Say $80 off a deluxe room) but both of those vary with the season. It seems that discounts keep getting rarer and rarer with Disney, unless you are buying one of their "vacation plans" (MYW is this year's version of that).
