I love the big flower! But, you are right, too big for a little kiddo. I, on the other hand, am plus size. So, I wear things like that to accentuate the good parts of my body. I like to bring the hubby's eye to other places if you know what I mean ;)

I am really excited about the big President's Day sale that JoAnn is having. I went in and picked my things out already. Soooo cool. I wish I would hurry up and get my preferred and discount card stuff in the mail.

JoANN has a preferred and discount card??? I know Hancock has one, but I didn't know that JoAnn had one? Do tell....I must agree, I want some Simp. patterns of course my DD could pick out all 10 by herself, mental note, leave DD at home!!!!

Spray with Windex. The alcohol content pops their little bodies and they die instantly! Then just wipe them up with a paper towel.

I love this hint because it never fails that as soon as I spray with bug killer, one kid or another comes and wallows where I sprayed.

Then you can spray where they are coming in the house.

Killing and cleaning in one!

We are the Hojoki clan we thought of that one day while we were ordering pizza, it's a combo of our names. ;) I'm sure Brian would be all for moving to Utah though! It sure is pretty out there. Plus you have that cool loin cloth restaurant!!! But, Michigan is really pretty too!!! And, we have Michigan's Adventure!!! (amusment park) We could all just move to Florida though. :rotfl:

How old is Seth? I'm thinking double wedding, Arminda's 9. ;)
DD's dad and his family are from MI. He has aunts that still live there.

This is an awesome tip. I will definitely have to remember it.

I should have just finished reading, I saw the answer a couple pages later!!! Thanks for the quick response!

No problem!! Sometimes this thread moves so fast, that it is VERY easy to miss something!!

And my husband always makes fun of me for killing bugs with cleaning products!! Now I can tell him there is a method to my madness :)

Why no, there wasn't anything more important than spending the morning making an outfit for Megan's doll, why do you ask?

Also, you might notice that Tessa is not the only cute model at YCMT. ;)

Although I hardly ever post, I read faithfully every day and am just amazed by everyone's talent. I just had to share this. So I've been watching this outfit on
:wizard: ---just watching, no intention whatsover to buy it. It's nice, but way overpriced IMO. Anyway, it ended yesterday for $735.88!!!! Are you kidding me?????? It's nice, but come on, who can afford that. Plus, with twins, I'd have to buy 2. I was just amazed.

How do you do the coloring page? so neat

One of my cameras is a Kodak, and I like it's program the best, so it use for my other digitals. Anyway, it's part of the Kodak program under edit. Kirsta loves to do coloring books for her Bday parties.

Please Pm the item number to me. I would love to see what kind of custom would go for that much. I saw one for $202 and thought that that was extreme. Don't get me wrong it was pretty just not worth that much.

I love vintage patterns!!! I just bought 17 of them and they are just too cute. I have one more that I want to buy also.

oooh and I just want to share (ok brag) about a fantastic bargain I got....
100 spools of thread for $50NZ (it may not sound great but thread here is at least $2spool) and of that there are at least 50 different colours so I'm going to attempt some applique. May need to get my aunty to teach me (she is a fantastic quilt maker - her work is like a piece of art) but it is great for me as she loves to share her knowledge :) oh and she is a hippy:hippie: a bit like me (I'm only part hippy - have hippy tendencies lol:rotfl2: )

I have a question on the Ariel pillowcase applique. I saw where a lot of people used the side with Ariel and the flowers, but on the other side did you use the one where she has her arm in the air and if so what did you do with her arm? Did you just cut it off or what? Please posts pics if you have them.
