Mickey swirl

I would love some of the green mickey swirl. How much do you have? I have some of the red with the plain black mickey heads. I also have some Toy Story on a blue back ground with Woody and Buzz and the words Toy Story, I have some Chip and Dale on a blue checked back ground, some Chip and Dale on pink/red flannel, Lion King Simba on turquoise, and Lion king with other characters on a light turquoise.
How big do you need the pieces for your quilt squares. Some I only have scraps and would have to check to see if I could even get a fat quarter out of them. I'm lousy with the camera, but maybe tomorrow I can try to post Pics.....

Is there anything you are looking for besides the mickey swirl? I don't even need a fat quarter- odd sizes of scraps are fine as long as I can get the character on a quilt with a seam allowance.

I'll second that - is there anything else you are looking for? Sounds like you have some great scraps! I too just need small scraps - enough fabric to get 2 5.5" x 5.5" squares with the character within the seam allowance.

Okay, well I just found this thread and I'm in heaven, but only concern is that I see alot of people have small peices and I like stuff to be at least a half yard to 1 yard.
Is that too big for the types of stuff you girls trade?

Im going to check my stash and see what I want to get rid of! I think I have some Princessy stuff....

Do you have big peices of the Mickey swirl? Like 1/2 yd?

I think people have yardages. I think it's just that the scraps are in high demand from us crazy ladies who want to make character quilts. Welcome to the thread!

Wow! Lots of responses to my fabric!

I'll recheck the amounts that I have and respond on a first come, first serve basis on both posts and PMs.

I forgot to say what I'd trade FOR. Which is basically anything I don't already have! I like to make clothes which would need larger amount, AND I'd like to make a scrappy quilt, too, so smaller amounts work as well.

Anyway, so tonight when I get home, I'll measure out the exact amounts and go to the first person who replied, if that person doesn't want the amount I have, I'll go to the next person on the list! This is so exciting!!!!!

What is a click clack?

They were 2 balls, I think they were made from fiberglass, attached to a string. You'd swing them up and down so the balls would hit together and make a click clack sound. They stopped making them becuase chips were coming off the balls and getting into peoples eyes. They were made back in the 70's. I guess I just told you how old I am?

We had those, but they were made out of plastic.

I don't know if this helps-I have some purple princess fabric from a sheet. It looks like the princess (white background) and it has the princess's and their horses.

I would love something Toy Story, Snow White/dwarfs, Mary Poppins (don't know that they make anything like that), Minnie. I don't have a lot of boy type prints except for Mickey, Pooh, Nemo, Cars, and now I have DGS to sew for. I have several princesses, Pooh, Nemo, Ariel, Friends around the world, HSM for the DGD's.
