DISboards mobile problems

Is anyone else having problems with the disboards mobile app? I tried uninstalling and installing again but every time I click on it...I get an error message that says....The remote server sent an unknown response. This could be a result of the forum software plugin being outdated or having a conflict.

Anyone else having this issue or know what to do? I wasn't sure where to post this.

This is happening on my nook, but not on my iPhone. The iPhone redirects me to the app store Both are a total PIA, but at least I can get on on my phone.

Weird...I cant open app but was able to click on link and reply through email.

This is happening to me on my tablet. My iPhone app takes me to the app store too. And I got a popup on the website today.

Ugh,,it is super frustrating as I looked to read stuff on my phone away from the computer. I clicked on the link from my phone from someone that had replied and it took me there...but I can't open the app and do anything. Wish I knew what to do about it.

YES I have been having issues for a week or two now on mobile app, it is really not good. It has always been slower than a laptop,etc, but now it always shows as 'not logged in' even when I have just logged in... also not allowed to see anything except the general boards at best,as deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't help. boo

Same here. Cannot load the app on the Android device. Plug in error. Please fix!!

I've been having issues with the app on my iPhone for about a month now. I don't know how to fix it either. The error I am having is that it shows I am logged in but then it won't let me reply or view my private messages. I have logged out, deleted the app, re-installed, and logged back in but that hasn't done anything.

I have the same exact problem, I have signed out, signed in, deleted the app, re-downloaded and installed from the App Store, nothing works.

We are aware that there are major issues with the Iphone and Android applications. The issue is they are completely controlled by a third party company. The Company that built the software for these boards was sold and there is no way the newer versions can support boards of this side. I kept hoping they would get their act together but no luck. We are seriously looking at alternatives but to be honest it's going to be a while.
