DISboards iPhone App: How to Stop Redirects

I found how to permanently remove the app store redirect and pop-up ads from the DISboards iPhone app. The behavior is caused by shady advertisers exploiting a legitimate iOS redirect function.

It installs on your PC. You can then attach your iPhone to the PC with a USB cable, scan it and block ads in the DISboards app (or any other app). I've tried it and my iPhone DISboards app now works without those annoying app store redirects.
