Disaster...do or not do?

Twister is only worth a 30 minute wait if you're a Bill Paxton fan. If there are any of those. Seriously - the preshow is pretty dull. The effects part is OK, but not really worth any sort of wait.

Let's try Twister fans. I really liked the movie and I wouldn't miss the show. That being said, I wouldn't wait in a really long line either.

I usually skip it because for some reason I remembered thinking it was "meh" the first time I did it. The last time we went to Universal we decided to make it a non-thrill ride day so we went on Disaster and wow, it was much more fun than I remembered. Funny and one of the highlights of the day.

Def worth doing if you've never tried it.

Christopher Walken is a hoot. We always make it a point to see Disaster.

My favorite part of Twister is the queue. I always liked Helen Hunt but it's hard to wait for this attraction.

It was more fun than scary imo. If you have someone in your group that gets scared easily just warn them of water and a lot of shaking. I left saying "That was cute!"

I skipped it for awhile because I am claustrophobic and imagined I would feel trapped or stuck. My dh and dd did it on one trip and assured me it would be no problem so I tried it on the next trip. So glad I did!!
The pre-show is funny and the whole experience was fun. My 8 year old was chosen as one of the extras and he felt like a celebrity. It was all very cute, the "ride" part itself will be shaking and water but it's not bad at all. Very fun and worth a try for sure!

We did it and had a lot of fun. I was picked to be a villain! My daughter still laughs when she remembers the boulder smacking me on the head!
