Disappointing

Those of you looking for a pre-paid bank account, AVOID MONESE like the plague! They have locked my account for the last 4 days and won't respond to any of my IM's or eMails. Fortunately I can still pay for things with PayPal (goodness knows how) but basically my money is locked away from me with no help.

NOT pleased. Shows how foolish I was to trust an internet company. NEVER again!

Yeah, lessons learned, take out your money when you can and go back to a traditional bank.

Guess I am old fashioned, but I prefer using a bank and a broker where I can still go to an actual building if I need to.

I must admit, Monese has so far been a nice bank account, but I have missed physical banks.
