Again, (maybe another non-reader in the bunch) I have SAID...that I am making this into a HUGE deal.........there is no reason for anyone to complain about such a thing, and further more, there is NO reason for everyone on these boards to get there panties in a bunch over such stupid things. Can I swim in another pool? Can I add a day to my ticket and use it as a parkhopper? Can I re-use my mug? People on this forum complain about the TINIEST things, and then turn it into a multi-page thread about whether its right or not......everyone on this forum needs to do A LOT of growing up. I am making this into a big deal because someone needs to set an example......People need to see how much I am complaining and then maybe, just maybe, they'll think twice before posting any sort of controversial topic.

I guess we all owe you a debt of gratitude for showing us exactly how incoherent and ridiculous a person can sound when they go on and on like this. Thank you for providing this fine "teaching moment."

Oh no no no, the OP may have been as sweet as sugar, she might have even got a little teary eyed going for that little extra effort (always worked for me), or she may have ran as fast as she could, or she may have drove her ECV right over there and plowed 4 kids over in doing it...........it doesnt matter, the OP should have went "aww shucks" and left it at then, instead, she decided to post here, while at the park how upset or "DISappointed" she was............next time they run out of popcorn while im in line, be sure to read my upcoming thread.....

speaking of not being able to read... the OP was not AT the park when posting it. She didn't post it as it happened. She said it happened on March 1st. Today is not the 1st

So why don't you "set an example" you were talking about and say "aww shucks" and just stop causing a scene?

No... I know that's how half the people are here... inflammatory for no reason at all. The majority of threads end up with people railing on the OP because they don't like the way they breathe or the way their wear their hair or some other insignificant reason.

it's actually a little sad that it's such the norm to treat people like cr@p here that everyone thinks it's a totally acceptable social norm. it's NOT.

I do like it here... there is a lot of great info and a lot of great people... it's just too bad you have to put on your hip waders to wade through all the cr@p to get to the rest.

I can see controversial threads going that way... things get heated. but this? and most of the others that turn into this? WHY ... just for fun? is it fun to try to make people feel as worthless as possible?

Actually what I meant that you did not see rude threads yet. This one is nothing but since you did not see worse, you feel like it is the end of the world, no offence.
Topic is controversial and in this case about compensation, no matter how small it is. It is a very fine line between entitlement and looking for justice and this is why people react this way. It is not really about being rude but about strong feeling toward something just like you have a strong feeling toward this thread.
I'm sorry if you got bad impression about board but trust me most people here are great and polite and useful but we all have something we feel strong about.
Just stick around and I promise you will understand what I try to say.

It's nice to have a theme park close enough that we don't have to rent a hotel to visit it lol
