I originally booked my trip for early Dec a few weeks ago. When I called, I asked about any PIN/ codes, and the reservationist told me there was a PIN, and told me the specific dates that applied. I can't remember the exact dates, but they were in mid Nov and early Dec. At the time I was not flexible on my dates so was not able to use the offer. I didn't ask what the discount actually was.
Later we became more flexible on our dates. I have called back twice and now- no PIN. I have had them check under all family members, and a possible misspelling of my name- nothing!
I have been told both times that there was an offer attatched to my husband's name that expired in March. I originally called in May.
Any advice? Thanks!
