I might have had a salad but I'm telling you how many slices I had and what was on it, very bad, bacon and onions and four slices
I had four slices too, but they were small slices. My pizza had pepperoni on it. And you have an excuse, you were out with a friend, mine was just a frozen one that I threw in the oven since I was too lazy too cook. 800 calories just for lunch. :sad2:

ETA - Besides, you had onions on yours, and onions are a vegetable, right? ;)

Pizza? Yummmm.

I got a frozen Weight Watcher one while my family ate delivery pizza :guilty: and was a little bit disappointed as to it's size. I could have easily eaten 2. Ok 3, but no more than 4. :rolleyes1

I wish I could report what it lacked in size it made up for in taste...but it was just not meant to be. ((two thumbs down and a bunch of money wasted on it))

I'll stick to my Papa Murphy Gourmet Vegetable one or Garlic Chicken goodness. Sure fire hit with me :lovestruc

That reminds me, Lean Cuisine is on sale this week at one of the stores near my house for 50% off, and I love their pizza, so I'll have to stock up. Same store also has blackberries on sale for a really good price. Unfortunatly, it's not the store I work at, so I'll have to make a special trip.

Oh Laura... bacon and onion is my absolute fav. Yumm. I don't think I could have stopped at 4... and I am not even going to TELL you what I ate Tues night when I fell off. Tomorrow is another day.

Happy friday everyone! I weighed this morning to get a baseline for next week, so I am officially back on the wagon. And then celebrated by going to lunch at Chilis and had a burger. (I had a coupon for a free one that expires on the 31st, so I HAD to use it
 ) I am chugging water though and have a light dinner planned so I may still be OK for today. We'll see.....I also started teaching again this week so my activity is going to be going up now at least. That ought to help.

Oh well, Im back on board now, DF bought me a nice new writing book in the sale at the Disney Store at our local shopping centre, so that is going to be my weight-loss journal. The reason for the new jumping on the wagon is I tried my wedding dress on today, it looked.....fine. I want to lose 7lbs to be at my new target weight, then it will look like I imagined it to look!

Sorry for the mini-moan, Im just a bit down after the dress trying. Its disheartening when you have an image in your head and it doesn't quite live up to expectations. Time is on my side though - I dont get married till August!
Not sure if you were here last June or not, but my sister tried on her dress about a week before her wedding and it wouldnt zip :scared1: It fit fine 2 weeks earlier so it was such a mess. Several hundred dollars in last minute alterations later it was all good. So my tip- keep trying it on for motivation and so a few pounds dont sneak up on you ;)

I'll be moving in the opposite direction, thanks to the baby coming in August, but hopefully this will keep my ice cream consumption low, and my lean meat & veggie consumption high
Congrats on the baby!

MMMMMMMMMMMMM....PIZZA!!!! :scared: I love pizza but it doesn't love me!!!! The Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Pizza is good!

I made salmon & monk fish, mixed veggies and wheat pasta for dinner. It was yummy!!! :cutie: I started using a luncheon plate so I eat smaller portions. It really helps!

Gotta hurry! DH and I are going to see a band tonight that a guy I work with is in. Weigh in info! I'm down 4.4 lbs this week! :woohoo: New ribbon for me too! :)

Speaking of pizza I had a sicilian slice for dinner tonight. For those of you on weight watchers I looked it up it said it was 7 points. :confused3 How can that be? A regular slice is 9..I feel like the sicilain would be more..anyway I redid the point test and I am suppose to have only 19 points a day!!! :scared1: Right now I am at 22 point..was thinking about cutting it to 20 until Disney (6.5 weeks to go).

what i do is buy the lean cuisine deep dish pizzas (my favorite is the margherita). then about 30 seconds before it's done, i take it out of the microwave and add a wee bit of italian seasoning, garlic (i have this garlic grinder thingie) and FRESH shredded parmesan, then pop it back in just long enough to melt that cheese. it adds SO MUCH flavor. the cheese i add is only like 30 calories. i don't know how many WW points that is, but it can't be many! the italian seasoning adds sodium, but not much. it's worth it to have decent pizza!!!

It was painful, but because of the contest with the other board, I actually stayed away from the Dole Whips and only had 1 premium Mickey bar! Ok so I did start the vaca with a Pina Colava! My sister NSalz (remember her?) was already at our resort. I texted her when we got on Magical Express and she was waiting for me with a HUGE Pina Colava when we got to POR! Can a sister get any better than that?

I absolutely LOVE that our little competition motivated you to stay on program! That is really what the spirit of these two threads is about! Good for you! :goodvibes

Totally agree that the WW Pizza is in the "never again" column. Yuck. It does not deserve to call itself pizza.... :sad2:

Hi everyone... hope it's ok if I join you! I've been doing Nutrisystem since 1/18 and have lost 15 pounds so far.

Welcome Betsy!!! :goodvibes Of course it's okay if you join!! We do Friday weigh-ins, posting only the loss from last week in big letters on the top. But you don't have to do that if you don't want.

15 lbs is a great accomplishment! How do you like Nutri-System? I have looked at it before but I am so picky I am not sure I would like it.

Oh, and UM, I missed the pizza comment. I don't like the WW ones either, but some of the lean cuisine deep dish and brick oven pizzas aren't too bad.

Speaking of frozen pizzas, I *love* the Kashi mediterranean flavor. OMG. YUMMY!

Here, I'll put a link to my latest ultrasound pic:

Thanks! Will definitely start weighing in with you all on Fridays.

As to Nutrisystem, I really like it. There are only a few food items I don't like - I've definitely found my favorites and order them now. Of course, I'm eating lots of veggies, fruits, proteins/dairy items in addition to the NS food. It seems like I don't have to eat as much anymore to get full, and I'm eating every 3 hours.

To join in on the pizza talk - I'm occasionally eating TINY pizzas on NS. One I eat is a flatbread cheese pizza and it's about the size of a Pop Tart; the other is an extremely thin round cheese pizza. I was really shocked at the sizes when I first started NS, but they really do fill me up. I do miss the other brands though!

Hi Betsy!

You and your dd look sweet!

Pop tart sized pizza, huh?
I appreciate the diet food industry trying to teach me portion control, but I can't help feel deprived in the pizza dept.

I always wonder if a person bought ww meals and lean cuisine type meals and also added fruit and veggies and dairy if it would be the same as Nutri System

I DO add a nice green salad too...instead of the bread sticks of another time.

Good idea punkin on the doctoring of the pizza. :thumbsup2

I also like the margarita (sp?) pizza.

I ate home made (not by me) tomales. One chicken and one pork. VERY good and very filling. Not too spicy for this white girl.

My son Riley's baptism Day tomorrow!!!! BIG day for him!
We're having a ice cream sundae party after. So I bought a teeny tiny portion controlled (for Barbie dolls) WW mint looking desert. Got some fat free whipped topping so I can feel special too!

So I won't be around much until the afternoon...

Don't forget to PM DizneyDawn, y'all! Geez, I hope we won! I was hungry this week!
