Hello. I fell off the wagon about 3 weeks ago... and since my last check in I am +2 lbs:headache:
It has been non-stop birthday celebrations here- still going on actually but I need to do something sooner rather than later. So here I am.

So my net loss is about 4 lbs. My short term goal is to lose 10 lbs and my long term goal is to lose 20 lbs.

My plans are to drink more water, (re)start exercising, and limit sweets (they are my downfall).

i am home with a fever and chlls today...oh i love the winter.

congrats!!!!! :thumbsup2 that's so great. just be sure to take your time and enjoy yourself. you'll be there during a busy time, so just be patient witht he ECV thing. i've never ridden one but i know i see people getting frustrated with them. i'm sure you'll have a blast as long as you just enjoy yourself and take your time!

Dawn I don't know what to say about your workload. I don't know how I'd handle being in an industry that fluctuates like that. I picked boring accounting field because I can't handle variety and stress. :rotfl2:

it's either feast or famine with what i do. my bosses tell me i should enjoy not being busy during the slow times, but i get stressed when i'm NOT overloaded with work! i'm crazy.....i know. :rolleyes:

I am -1.6 today. Since TOM is visiting and I usually don't lose anything on that week, I am pretty happy with it.

Kat, thanks for the heads up on the WalMart pitas. I might have to send someone over there to get some for me. I can't do WalMart as ours have live lobsters in tanks and I cannot be in the same vicinity as crustaceans--HUGE phobia, even therapy didn't help, just another of my many "issues". :rotfl: But I'm really sold on the flax seed so I will want to try those.

I'm -1.5 today.

And what was different this week than all of these weeks where I've been a samer. That margarita on Monday. Who knew?
 
So far so good, I'm caught up. I always have the fear that someone posted their weight on a day I wasn't paying attention!

Code Blue (lack of caffeine) is fixed with 64oz. :scared1: with a whisper of cherry...a mere kiss of cherry essence.


My kids are off school today (why I do not know) and just want to sit and watch Pokemon dvd's. Yeesh! Lazy lima beans. It's still a bit chilly but the snow is melted, thank goodness.

So they're driving me nuts. I think I'll go put makeup on for a little lift. princess:

Wendy...You would die in my house! There is caffeine in the house, very rarely!!! We are a NO CAFFEINE zone!!! Coffee and soda are all decaffeinated!!! :coffee: :drinking1

Anyway, I know it's been AGES since I've been around, but I'm back. I missed you guys. I've just been trying to get a handle on my health issues.

But good news... for those of you who were following my hospital saga and my having to cancel my birthday trip last December... I JUST RESCHEDULED TODAY!!! :dance3:

We are going 6/8 through 6/13!!! :cool1:

Punkin - I know you were very anxious to know if we were going to reschedule and wanting to make sure I got my birthday trip in. :flower3:

I will be in an ECV for a good portion of the trip, because of my Lupus. I can't tire myself out too much or spend too much time out in the heat. So, it will cause me to modify how I "do" Disney. But I figure, a WDW vacation in an ECV with lots of rest built in is better than NO WDW vacation AT ALL!!

Anyway, I just wanted to check in with you guys. I hope everyone is doing well. :flower3:

Thanks for the well wishes everyone! We had a pretty low key day so far, just waiting on DH to come home and see what we are going to do for dinner. I got the best gift ever this afternoon though......a nap with both my kiddos :lovestruc I so needed it and we all got in my bed and rested together. If only I could convince her to do that everyday! :rotfl:

Laura When will you know on your biopsy? I'll send pixie dust until you have results. I take that cancer stuff pretty seriously now.

Another quick post this morning. Work has been super busy, and I'm trying to get a few things done at home so not a lot of DIS time for me lately. Anyway, I am slowing inching towards both my goals (Easter and long-term) with a 1.8 pound loss this week.

Another quick post this morning. Work has been super busy, and I'm trying to get a few things done at home so not a lot of DIS time for me lately. Anyway, I am slowing inching towards both my goals (Easter and long-term) with a 1.8 pound loss this week. This puts my weight at a nice, even 170.0 pounds. I was so hoping to see a 16x.x on the scale this morning, but no dice. Hopefully next week. Anyway, this brings me to a grand total of 46 pounds lost since January 2007, and an uber-grand total of 70 pounds lost since I realized I needed to change my ways in April 2005. I am now 1 pound from my Easter goal (well, technically my goal is to be UNDER 170, so I'm really only 0.1 pounds away); and now I am 15 pounds from my goal weight of 155. (And believe me, I don't think anybody has ever been as happy as me to be 15 pounds overweight!)

I'm off from work today, so I'll be collecting all of your numbers and posting the Easter update sometime this weekend.

so i am still under the weather my temp didnt' go down until earlier this afternoon so its been a soup, popscicle water kind of day so far...i didnt' make it to the scale before my soup so i will have to do my official WI tommorow :)
 
OK, so it's weigh in day, and I am happy to report that I am down 2.4 lbs. I can't remember where that puts me at on the Easter challenge, but I can tell you that I am going to change my ribbon bling as soon as I post this! I am now at 208.6, meaning I have now lost 41.4 lbs total!!! :woohoo: :cool1: :dance3: Holy cow! I was beginning to think the day would never come. I'm shooting for at least another 10 gone by the time we leave for our trip in May, meaning I'll be in ONE-derland, and if you think I'm happy now, just wait. I'll be thrilled to finally be under 200! :goodvibes Goal weight will still be 30-40 lbs away, but I am just so thrilled for things to be moving that direction again.

Good Morning Peeps! We had a teenage "sleepover" last night for my son's birthday. Well, let's just say that there wasn't much "sleep" in that sleepover. Hope their mama's don't keel me! :eek: I let the dogs out at 7:30 this morning, and thought I should go check on how they were sleeping. I opened the door, and two of them were still awake, and said they had been all night. :scared1: Now my boy was asleep over in the corner on the trundle bed.:cloud9: They said that he fell asleep around 6:30 AM. He will be pleasant to be around this afternoon. :rolleyes1 :lmao:

An "evil" coworker brought papa johns pizza into the nursery last night and waved that pizza aroma all around BUT.....

I ate my lean cuisine instead. YUMMY!

Of course I would have rather had pizza but I kept remembering -

My success for today is making my sparkpeople exercise challenge (1270 min, had committed to 1000), and then volunteering to run the March challenge which will hopefully make me accountable!
