Welcome to the World Brandon!!

Thanks for checking in Dance! He's a cutie! :cloud9:

i need to catch up with the posts

i just got done watching the biggest loser! OMG! I did not know a man or men were capable of crying that much!!!!!!! I thought I was watching some lifetime sappy movie of the week..... gee whiz!! ;) all i could do was just sit there and watch the mess unfold and think to myself.."grow a pair will ya???!!! :lmao:

I'm thinking late in July? We usually take Josh's sister for her b-day, and that's when it is. That's tentative at this point of course, but we are gonna start nailing down some little trips like that before too much longer. What are your thoughts?

Works for me I'm easy!

Dance he's beautiful! I love that little blue sports outfit. He looks like a pretty good size to me. A perfect fit.

Congratulations to you and the new family.

The test was way better than I expected. I totally psyched myself up and almost threw up on the way over. What the nurse described on the phone and what I felt were 2 totally different things.

Just some mild cramping on and off, but I am fine.

The good news is he said everything looked normal through the microscope, but he went ahead with it just to be sure.

It's always something when you can be sitting on the counter thingy with a blanket covering you from the waist down and your dr gives you a hug with your backside exposed.

Oh Joy!

Glad everything was fine Monica! I know you are relieved! I know I am. :)

Sorry for keeping you all in suspense!
Well, the short story....Baby Brandon Allen Lastname arrived weds 2/20 at 1:03 pm via scheduled c-section.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!! welcome, baby brandon!

how exciting! only i wish the temperature would pick a 10-degree range and stick to it! that's why everybody's sick. it was so warm yesterday that i was wearing shorts and now it's 37 degrees outside. :confused3

I'm soooo done with snow.

I love watching the Biggest Loser! They are all looking so good!

Has anyone seen or heard from Sandy lately? I miss her!

Yes, I emailed her today. Still has computer problems, and has been working, and planning that wedding. Been busy.

Hi All!!!

It's been ages since I've been here...can someone catch me up???:confused3
Did Dance have her baby? How about Heather in Rochester? Did she have her baby?

What's the scoop?

What have I missed??popcorn::

I am determined to be back on daily again. Maybe when I come home for lunch or after work. Definitely Daily!!! :thumbsup2

I am plugging along on WW and doing well. (After my gaining instead of losing.) I am motivated to lose 20 lbs by July 9th, my 25th Anniversary, so I need you guys! Will you have me back??? :worship: Please?????:guilty:
Welcome Back!!!

Congrats Dance!! He is beautiful and so is big sister.
I know what you mean when you say he seems so little. My oldest was 10.4 lbs and only 20 inches long.My next one was 8.6 lbs and all I kept saying was he was soo tiny...

I love Biggest Loser too. Rachel watches it with me and she looked at me today and said " I want to be a loser too, mommy"

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. I had a great day but was seriously un-peepish. I got on last night, but the boards shut down in the middle of my reading.
Well I had a good day but a bad peep day. I went to see my oncologist and I got a clean slate for another 3 months. He's ordered one more test but says that everything looks good except for bone density which is "okay". Heck I'll take okay these days.

That is super-fantastic. I've been praying for you.

I am having a crummy day so this is just a driveby....

You can see the picture in his crib here that Amanda made for him in her "Big Sister" class the hospital had.

He's beautiful! Good health and all the best to your whole family.

Glad everything was fine Monica! I know you are relieved! I know I am. :)
Ditto.

Love you all. Like Jamie Lee Curtis says in "Freaky Friday": "Make good choices!" Remember, we can't get a total body transplant, so we've gotta work with what we've got.

WELCOME BRANDON!

Dance he is sooooooooo cute. :cloud9: Congratulations!

I am so ready for Spring. The kids are home again and I'm on a 2-hour delay. Yay, no rushing to get out the door.

Hi all,

Dance - CONGRATULATIONS!!! He is absolutely gorgeous!

Mony - Glad your tests went well. :cool1:

Pakey - Yay on your good news! :cool1:

Dawn - Your story about your grandpa and his cows was so cute! My Grandad is 80 this year also, the day after my wedding. We are arranging a cake for him to be brought out at midnight!

Whew, what a night. I was woken up at 1am by....an earthquake! It only lasted about 10-15 seconds but the house shook and bounced my bed away from the wall! No serious injuries and no damage thankfully. It was my first earthquake (and hopefully my last!) I think it was a pretty minor earthquake really, but for a country that doesn't normally get them...pretty scary!

 to everyone who needs it and :wave2: to everyone else!

Yikes! I'm glad that everyone and everything is okay.

Everyone-FYI. Utah Mama is holding out. She has updated her trip report but I don't think that she wants anyone to know. ;) J/K

I read about that on the news and immediately thought of you and our other friend Jo. Glad you are ok. How scary! :scared1:

Dance --> He is beautiful! Congratulations! Welcome to the new Peeplet!

Monica --> Glad the test went well!

DisneyGalUK --> I was thinking about you when I saw that there was a quake. Glad that you are okay!

What a way to be woken up. Glad you are ok. That's just crazy.

Thanks everyone. I feel better, and appreciate your support.

Dawn: Shorts? Really? I can't wait to have the kids back outside playing and me sitting on my swing in the warm sunshine. Heck, I'm even looking forward to pushing them ALL on the swings.

Wow... as usual the Peeps thread has been moving along at a wicked pace!

Monymony.... glad to hear you got good news. I had that same "oscopy" thing when I was about 22 and it was very scary!! Glad to hear your outcome was good!

Dance..... Welcome to Baby Brandon. He is truly adorable (and this is coming from someone who only thinks her own kids are cute!). Good luck with the breastfeeding.. it is so worth any effort it takes. Good for you for trying again after not having a positive experience the first time.

Dawn..... your Grampa sounds like a pistol!! My Grampa has been gone 12 years next month and I still miss him terribly.

For all of you Peeps with snow .... hang on, Spring is in sight (somewhere). We got about 5 more last night and there are another 3-5 predicted for today and another storm on Friday.... I am beyond fed up with it.

My eating has been very Peepish.... but we just counted and we are down to 49 days until the trip to WDW.... even if I lose 2 lbs. a week, I will just barely beat my goal of 30 lbs. So I HAVE to keep at it or I will have nothing to wear!! ..................................P

 scary! we had one a couple of years ago. i live in georgia, a part of the US that NEVER gets earthquakes. it happened really early one morning. it woke DH up and he jumped out of bed. i slept right through it. i can sleep through ANYTHING.

Dawn: Shorts? Really?

really. it was like 70 degrees outside and today it's 25. i just put a pair of gym shorts and a t-shirt on that night because we were outside dealing with the car and pushing it up the driveway, so i needed something comfy. i'm SOOOOOOOO ready for spring!
