I'm just so mad right now. I posted on the CB thread this morning that someone I knew was collecting food for a food bank, and then keeping some of it for themselves.

I was sent a PM by another DISer, that I should check out a different board, when I did I found a thread making fun of my thread, and that I'm stupid, among other things I can't post here, for thinking this is wrong.

I did a further search back on the forums, and it seems every recent issue I've had is brought up there, even though I lot of their points are assumptions on their part. It's just really mean and horrible things they are saying about me, mainly based on my job, and that fact that I still live with my parents, etc.

They are just posting the most hateful things about me.

I think you can report them. go to the thread where they are talking about you, and click on the ! in the lower left hand corner.

That is just not right. Whether they agree with you or not, they shouldn't be mean. You just come here and vent to us, that's what we're here for.

That's the problem, it's not part of the DIS. It's a board / forum that was made for making fun of threads on the DIS. They make fun of the budget board a lot too. It's just not right.

Thats so juvenille(hope I spelled that right)!! I personally love looking at the budget board. I've found alot of interesting stuff over there.

It seems like a lot of the threads on the CB are that way. I would just stay away, and come here instead. We don't judge. We will take you whether you can spell or not. It doesn't matter. We are here to support one another. I've heard about that board, but don't know where it is, and don't care too. Sounds like it is a bunch of people who have WAY too much time on their hands.

Sorry this happened to you. I have discovered that a lot of people on the CB are just too clever for me. I am obviously not smart enough or quick enough to play out there most of the time.

You shouldn't let these types of people get to you. Would you want any of them to be your friends anyway? Life is way to short to spend it trying to put others down.

Stick with the peeps here. It's always so uplifting.

Yes they do. I counted no more then six threads, that were about things I'd posted on the CB, and that's just from the last month. Apparently I'm a dumb*** because I misspelled selfish shelfish earlier today. Now they want me to get points so I can't have a signature, because apparently my glitter princesses are annoying to them, so I added Aurora, since at this point I'm glad they're annoyed.

Stay away from those people! I know they have another thread somewhere and I've never even gone to the link, though I've heard about it. People who do this are pathetic and not worth our time. Think of how pathetic their lives must be if this is what they do for fun! I read the Cb some but don't post much on the threads because they get soooo nasty! Stick her with us! We ya!

Apparently I'm a dumb*** because I misspelled selfish shelfish earlier today. Now they want me to get points so I can't have a signature, because apparently my glitter princesses are annoying to them, so I added Aurora, since at this point I'm glad they're annoyed.

I'm thinking maybe we should all put a glitter princess in our signatures as a symbol of our solidarity. Now I have to see if I can figure out how to do that!

Yeah, I read your thread, and it seemed to me that they were just being mean. Stick with us sistah! We're your friends! Hey we all misspell things, it doesn't make us any less of a person. Don't let them drag you down. Just hang with us, we're the COOL kids after all!

Go to Pixelbee.com, then hit the link for dolls at the top. There's a bunch of links on the left handside then, and if you go down to the one that says Disney, it's all the princesses, and non-princesses like Mulan and Meg. There's two of each one, the first is the "doll," and the second is the same doll but with glitter.

I just came back from Urgent care and I have pneumonia.

awwww, sweetie! Be so careful! I know of whom you speak...they are mean and nasty and have nothing better to do. They troll the budget boards and CB's and then post links to things they find irritating and see who can use the most profanities. Don't let them bother you, because that's exactly what they want.

Super Bowl - I won't say too much because we've got a dyed in the wool Pats fan amongst us; but I can honestly say that I'm not unhappy with outcome. But what a game. One of the best played football games I've ever seen, regardless of the outcome. But the commercials left me a little bit underwhelmed.

Dawn - I'm guessing you are Ole Miss fans, and that's why your doggie is named after Eli Manning? Being from the south, I can't imagine you'd be big Giants fans.

nope, not ole miss fans. ray is a HUGE tennessee vols fan - we're both from nashville. since peyton played for UT he's been following him and both the manning brothers have grown on me, too. ray wanted to name our dog peyton - but since i'm a vandy fan and come from a vandy household, i thought my father might disown me if i did that. so i let him name him eli instead.

I am sure you must mean me about the dyed in the wool pats fan thing ..but don't worry..i am a very fair fan, if they play like then they don't deserve to win. That was their game to win, their super cool record to have..but they blew it. I am dissapointed but i'm over it pretty much..now its time to root on the RED SOX..lol!

i wish more pats fans were like you, gina! and my DH is a recently-convered sox fan....i bought him a hat last year! he's been following them the last two seasons and they've definitely grown on him!

Well I am a dyed in the wool GIANTS fan. I am so excited! That game could have gone either way. Talk about being on the edge of my seat all night. The Pats had an extraordinary season and are to be congratulated for that!

Yep, I was definitely talking about you! Truth be told, I've been a closet Dolphins Fan since I was young (the Packers stunk when I was growing up, and Dan Marino was my idol until Brett Favre came along); so I was rooting heavily against the Pats because of the '72 Dolphins.

oh, i gotta disagree with you there. brady looks like someone hit him in the face with a frying pan. and you could eat soup out of his chin cleavage. i don't find eli particularly attractive, but he's definitely cuter to me! and his bum's not bad AT ALL!!

But here's how it really worked for the Giants win. My family was at my DSis's house just like for the last playoff game. At the two minute warning I said "OK this has been bugging me all night. We are in the wrong seats. When we won 2 weeks ago, I was sitting where DD (14) is sitting!"... so I switched seats, made my DD(16) sit next to me like last time amd then told my DD(14) and DNef (11) that last game they watched the game upstairs. They went charging up the stairs and once we were all in our proper places the GIANTS won. Oh and I'm sure it didn't hurt that I made everyone in my family wear exactly the same outfits we had on 2 weeks ago! Can you tell I love my GIANTS?
