I can't even believe it!!! I am so excited and i just love my ring and how he did it! I have pics and i will be sure to share the story/pics when i get back but i am leaving for PA/NYC today so i will have pics of that too i'm sure!

Just wanted to share the exciting news ..wheee must be all this wedding talk from lauren heehee! so i will be reading all the advice with a fine tooth comb as well!

DH proposed to me RIGHT before IllumiNations started. So we went with IllumiNations music. While guests were being seated we played the IllumiNations music, and while the bridesmaides and matron of honor walked down the aisle they walked down the aisle to the first part of the song they play at the end of IllumiNations (We Go On) just as the globe opens up. And then we timed it just right so at the end of the same song when the choir porition started in the song, I walked down the aisle. And then for DH and I 1st dance we danced to Promise, the song they play after IllumiNations is over. So you wanting to walk down the aisle to when you wish upon a star is NOT a cheesy idea! You walk down the aisle to whatever you want to. You have the music you want. Its your wedding.

That's really cool.

here is a picture of my dress. In the picture its Ivory and i am not wearing that thing in my head or the necklace lol, I ordered it in White. I am panicked about how the white will look, I cant wait till it comes in already!!!! I need my anxieties to subside about how it will look in white

Very beautiful and no I'm not blowing smoke. That's so funny that you said that because my grandpa used to say that all the time. I have never heard anyone say besides him.

Thank you so much! I may have to ask you a question here or there. We live in NYC in Tribeca we looked at places in the city in particular Tribeca Rooftop but it was ridiculously expensive, I stumbled upon this new place in new jersey.... Its modern and has a city vibe to it

I'm a bit cheesed because one of my daycare mom's stiffs me every month!!!! She's a friend (red flag) but still! Her 2 kids represent half my daycare.
Maybe I should vent more about her so I wont soothe myself with a frozen yogurt?

That must be hard because she's a friend. I have a friend that does home daycare and this one woman is always late with her $$ and she always forgets to bring something for lunch her child too.

I'm -2.4 lb I lost what I gained last week so that's good.

Gina! Congratulations! There is so much excitement on this board right now!

I love the wedding talk. I guess it's a girl thing, but the planning, the pictures, the stories...they make me happy.

I'm a SAMER this week. This is a good thing. For those of you who remember, I lost about 5 pounds with a stomach virus and was committed to keeping it off. Well, so far so good. But here comes summer, with barbecues, and bratwursts, all manner of good eating. Fortunately, there's the threat of wearing a bathing suit to keep me in line!

Well, I am down -1.6 this week. I am so excited. I checked my old Weight Watchers records and I believe that this is my lowest weight in 10 years! I told my DH it is like getting a new wife every 10 years!! Hope everyone else had a great week on the scales. I'll check back later..................P

If you do or did, I really need some ideas of what you used or will be using for each thing! Im stuck for ideas!

Great numbers from everyone this week! My problem this week has been fizzy pop - I know its not good to drink it but Ive been really 'headachey' this week and that was the only thing that seemed to get rid of it! Hopefully better from me next week!

i'm a samer this week. i really think i lost a couple of pounds and i'm just retaining lactic acid from soreness in my muscles because i did start counting calories again this week and i did exercise more than i have been lately. i'll see the results next week i guess!

Now, if only we could plan trips to WDW at the same time!

i'm not what you'd call a girly-girl so i totally forgot about this until right before the wedding. but i did make it work. something new was my dress, of course. something old was my grandma's pearls i had on. something borrowed was the slip was wearing. those big bell-looking slips are expensive and so i just borrowed my best friends since i knew i'd never need it again! and something blue was the ribbon on my garter.
