DisneyObession... that's great because I hate the Sabres!!
So sorry to hear about your friend... interesting how a sudden loss can make you think about things.
I have done pretty well today and actually, I feel so much better about myself for some reason. I think my weight loss is starting to show and people are complimenting me on it, which helps. It helped to write to my MS advisor and get that off my chest, plus DH was so sweet to me about it last night and held me and let me cry and that made me feel supported and good.
So far today:
B: Toaster Scramble (150)
L: WW Roast Beef Bistro (190), big salad (100), yogurt (60)
S: Strawberries (60)
64 oz of water and 2 mega-T green tea w/ hoodia and a vitamin.
I think dinner may be a shrimp and seafood "boil" if DH is willing, or it might be a chicken breast w/ no skin meal from KFC w/ mashed and mac&cheese, which is 500 w/out the biscuit, add 220 for the biscuit. I think I would skip the biscuit and get the 200 cals from something else...
I exercised for an hour... 31 min on the elliptical (2.1 miles, 300 cals), 60 crunches, 30 torso rotation each side, 30 reps on chest, back pulldown, back row, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, bicep, tricep, shoulder. My gym has this cool "express" section that has all the machines (minus abs/torso) in one place, so it makes it easy to get it all done quickly.
That WW meal was awesome. It is big chunks of tender roast beef and a broc/cauli mixture but it was seasoned really well, and only 190 cals.
BTW, I am so happy that everyone is sharing calories and meals on here. It is like a wee journal, and I think it really helps hold me accountable and is a LOT more fun than filling out that fitday form.
