I am the proud owner of a new recumbent exercise bike, Peeps! I was motivated by Dene', Lynda and others here.
We picked it up this afternoon and it is sitting in our living room/dining room area. It has a nice cushy seat and backrest. I've already been on it a couple times. It's comfy to use and pretty fun! I went for a "ride in the park" this afternoon.
I decided I need to exercise more than 2 days a week and didn't really want to join a gym. Going to the swimming pool twice a week after work is plenty for me.
I'm hoping my hubby will use it occasionally too. But I'm determined not to nag him . . .

Ok, I better be good, or I'll get some points for being naughty.
It is about $150 more than when I priced it back in January.
I'll let you know as soon as I know.
DH actually said, "I can't argue $5, and it gives you a target, right?"
that man! OH seriously, Oliver is a very non-manly cat!
Maybe I should make some coffee...I still have to get ready for tomorow!

--looks like it will be a good day to travel unlike UM snow day! I will let you know how my mom responds and about our triip when we return. BYE
