That sounds more like a salt/retaining water 2 lbs. than a real gain, doesn't it? I hope you didn't take my post as an accusation. I was really thinking about myself, and how some weeks I think, "Why the gain?" but then go back through the week and see what I've been ignoring. You are an inspiration, because you really keep your eating as an open book for the rest of us. Your posts remind me to eat nutritiously, not just low-calorie.
I did not take it that way at all! I DO always think about cheat days! And if I didn't, I would want someone to say, hey, what about cheat day? Could that be the problem?

I just want to know what the problem is and fix it!
It was very cool to walk around the food isles for the first time and not be tempted all I thought was I would rather look at less of my belly then fill my belly!
Isn't it the best to go through the aisles and pick things out that you know are going to help you on your journey and still be good? I feel so empowered when I have a kitchen full of healthy food!
I had nothing happen following the lemon water last night, but I'll have more today, and we'll see what happens. I haven't been taking my Prilosec this week, but I took it today because I was getting come heartburn. I need to make an appointment with the doctor to see if I should continue it, or if he wants to further investigate the problem. I have to wonder if the lack of Prilosec affected the gain also. It does have an impact on my digestive system, not just the heartburn. And I felt really bloated today. I went to try on clothes, and my belly just felt bigger than it usually is - like when AF is on her way, but she isn't. I bought a pair of pants today that are a smaller size. They are too tight though. Why did I buy them, you might ask? Because they were just too snug - cute, but too snug, not scary because they are too snug.

I could tell they were going to be cute when I dropped a few more pounds, and they were $5 at New York & Co! So, I figured when I do need smaller pants, why not have a pair that are cute and were cheap? Plus, they went well with the shirt I bought for $13. So, I have a new outfut for a total of about $20, and I bought 5 new T-shirts for working out in at Lady Foot Locker for $20 too.
Oh, and it is LOVELY here today! Temp is in the high 50's, and it is sunny! Beatiful! DH and I are getting ready to run to the store to get something to grill.
