Okay...so I have honestly been typing for 2 hours. I keep posting and it deletes at the end! So I will not be funny...but will let ya know...I am alive...I am about to take out my own stitches due to the fact Dr's can't get in and only the E.R. is open all day.
I am on a mission to lose 100 pounds before Aug. 23rd...my 36th B-day. Please pray...and hope...and wish...and look at me cross-eyed so I look good!

Calorie intake will be 1400 starting tomm. I will eat snow if I have to to keep me away from the Devil and his pepperoni pizza!

I think Ellester mighta got hit pretty hard, heard a tornado went down in Columbus
) that is close to Talladega on Saturday. I am going with the youth group on a one day mission trip.
The Dr. told me when he was 2 that he would be 6'3" or 6'4"! Anyway, family is coming over tomorrow night, and I have to work and then clean house. With the trip on Saturday, it won't leave much DIS time, so don't get too chatty.
Happy Weigh in day! It won't be pretty for me, but I will still report UM.

but i know it's due to my food intake i am just allergic to everything and i know fruit is a major key in excercise weight loss programs. i am sitting on my ball and doing crunches in between posts . i can feel my abs now,,,,,, UM : i can't except your challenge for tommorow i have Audree but i will gladly except for Sunday. i need to eat she is a handfull and i stress to much at least a 64 oz of pepsi with a whisper of cherry, let me know if ya need one too i will bring ya one over after i pick up lil miss princess @10:30

does anyone know of a book or website where i can get a list of common foods and the calories/carbs/proteins/fats in each? i'm starting this food journal thing on saturday and i want to keep a list with me for easy reference. i looked at borders.com for a book, but didn't see anything.
. Whatever it takes to step away from the unhealthy food.
