Hey, has anyone here had the Sobe LEAN diet green tea? I have been drinking these occassionally over the past few weeks. They are sooooo yummy! I love green tea, mind you, but I find them to be de-lish!

I'm way behind, but I'm here! I lost 3 pounds this week! I know I won't be the biggest loser, but that's one third of what I had left to lose. I've lost a total of 8, and I have 6 to go. I'm past the half-way point. whoopee!

I am here too! No loss no gain!

SAME! Well I have my lovely Auntie visitng, all she want to do is sit on my sofa and get fat! That Aunt Flo is one unwelcomed visitor! SHe made me eat chocolate and I get very cranky with her visit! I am a bit ticked as I rarley see ehr anymore and naturally it is 28 days before my vacation so I am concerned she thinks she is going to Disney with me! Well fat chance! I will not tolerate her presence.

I have been wlaking 2 miles a day around the school but nothing more than that!

SOrry I missed birthdays but its a good thing as I would have eaten all the cake certainly!

So I will go back to my den adn wait for AUntie to leave as the growl factor is way high! Less siad the better out of me, just ask my family! I am honestly just super tired and the witch at the Drs office got very sotty with me when I asked about my results like I know she has been away for 3 days?? I wanted to scream hey I am super witch this week don't try and swing that hammer around me.

Oh more growling too, as there is a bunch of snow out here and more dropping out of the sky I don't think I will be doing any walking today.

I am trying not to get into the pity pot or discouraged as I do not believe I can loss 30 pounds before April 13th, I know you are surely all surprised as I am by that fact. I jsut wanted to be in a better size ohh bother!
 
Wow! I just realized that some deranged (obviously under the influence of pain killers and lacking sleep) woman posted a very negative post under my name!! The nerve!

I AM THE QUEEN OF DIETING!!! Krispy Kreme has no power over me! I laugh in the face of Baskin Robbins! I ask for salad dressing on the side!! I love water and can't stop myself from drinking 100 ounces per day!! Exercise - no problem!!! I love to sweat!! Chocolate - who needs it. "What was that Chef Greg? Lunch is ready and you made homemade chicken and dumplings today with chocolate chip cookies? No, I am going to eat my tasty salad and yogurt!!! Keep away from me, your meals no longer have power over me!!" I rule, I make the choices, I do not eat after 8:00, I do not snack mindlessly!!! I have the power!!!
 
Good cause I am really struggling today to make the choice to eat my salad with chicken breast vs a greasy cheeseburger and fries...

I am down 0.4 lbs this week

I really don't get it though. I have been working out like 6 days a week. I have been eating great - seriously, absolutely no cheating!!! I didn't even eat French Fries this week which is HUGE for me!!! I know I don't have that much more to loose (I don't even know for sure how much more I want to loose...I figure I will know once I've lost it!!!) and that muscle weighs more than fat and all that good stuff, but I just feel like I should be seeing more results!!! I WANT NUMBERS, DANGIT!!!! :mad:

Have I mentioned to you all that I have a new penpal?That's part of the reason I have been distracted off the dis this week.. We went o Anysoldier.com and requested the addy of a soldier, and sent out some letters, and one has written us back and now they evidently have limited access to the computer and he has emailed us, and lets us know that our little group of Marines is Okay. anyhoo - just makes me smile when we get a note knowing that it makes them smile to get one from us. Theres your feel good thought for the day:)
 
by the way, i have a question. i'm kinda worried about gaining back the weight i've lost when we go to WDW in may (hopefully i will have lost a lot more than 4 pounds by then!). i haven't been in 15 years (:scared1: ), since i was 15 years old. so of course back then weight wasn't a concern. but i'm working really hard now to get in better shape and i'm afraid i'll gain it all back when we get there from all the food i refuse to miss! i don't plan on pigging out. but i WILL be drinking coffee again (which i've totally cut out presently). we're on the dining plan, so we'll be eating at decent restaurants. in other words, not all greasy hamburgers, french fries and pizza. but i do plan on partaking in a cream cheese pretzel, a couple of goody's from goofy's candy shop, a dole whip and some baklava at epcot. i just keep telling myself that i'll be doing a lot of walking so it won't be so bad. for those of you that have been since you've been dieting/working out, how much difference did it make? did you lose alot of your progress during your trip?
I lost about 25 pounds before my Aug '05 wedding. We went to WDW for our honeymoon when they offered the free dining, and I came home about 5 pounds heavier then when I left. But I didn't make any good choices at all. We brought snacks down with us (Doritos, candy, etc.), and we snacked on those during our down time. Because of the free dining, I ate way more than I normally would have. I always chose the richest, most fattening thing on the menu because they always tasted the best. And I never turned down dessert. So I would think that if you can make good choices, with the exercise you'll be getting you should be able to limit it to less than the 5 pounds that I gained.

Just a quick flyby post...I am down a whopping .5 today. Not great but I'll take it! Off to try to read some posts before the baby I am watching wakes up.....Congrats to all our losers, samers and even our gainers!
 
No loss this week...stayed the same...which I am happy about. I thought I might have gained a couple.

Goa for this coming week, exercize 5 out of the next 7 days.:yay:
