and I've gotten on the scale, its not digital, so hopeful next week will be down another 2 and I'll be at the weight I was 3 weeks into this journey!! (Yep, I was a gainer... I will also confess I'm on a journey and not doing the yo yo dieting I've done in the past... maintaining portion control... I need to be consistent with water, and eating those FIVE fruits or veggie servings...)
and remember...
Diet and Exercise is NOT a punishment for getting fat, but a REWARD for getting healthy!!

I am 1.5 from getting my 20 lb ribbon.
I have been successful with the water- I had 56 oz at work again last pm. I have cut back on my diet drinks too. So I've got the ww stuff out and Im going to journal my food this week and see how we go. Wish me luck!

I am struggling right along with you. I am not eating AS much but the choices I have made havent been the best and I could do better. Stick with us, lets me and you make up our minds right now. Today I will make good choices. Baby steps, one right after another will get us there.
