I had to quote so I could see Jasper tiwce as he is doubly adogable!!!!

 the typo!

OMG! So adorable. I really want a puppy, badly. Dh says no since we have 3 cats. I know he has a point but puppies need love too! Are beagles good dogs? I have always loved them but never knew anyone who had one.

She is a great dog! She is, however, 11 months old right now, and beagles have a lot of energy, so she can be a little exhausting at times. Actually, it's not nearly as bad as it used to be now that she is getting a little older. She is very smart. We are doing agility with her right now, which is TONS of fun! It is so cute to see her do it, it is a good workout for us, and it wears her out, which is a plus! ;) She is so much fun to have around, and I really can't get over how far she has come in her training. (Not that we didn't work hard on that) And she has her Canine Good Citizen certification. LOVES other dogs and people, especially kids. And we have a cat, who she seems to think is her playmate. She likes to wrestle him. :rotfl: Here he is...

This reminded me of a cute story. My DNiece had a loose bottom front tooth for FOREVER! I mean it was like the running joke in our family. It was loose for so long that it actually started to "root" itself again. So my DSIL just told the dentist when she went for her cleaning and the dental hygenist just kept wiggling it while cleaning and it popped out! DNiece didn't even notice.

Anyway, DSIL had told DNiece that the tooth fairy does not leave money for teeth that the dentist takes out (this was a ploy to get the tooth out themselves - didn't work). BUT the tooth fairy was kind enough to leave a little note (in extremely tiny handwriting) about how much she loved the tooth and not to wait so long the next time to give it to her, etc. DNiece just ate it up! So DNiece leaves a note for the tooth fairy asking her what her name is. Tooth fairy responds the next morning with another note. Her name is Flossie. Does anyone else think of "Fosse" and jazz hands when they here that? I could not stop laughing when I read what my DSIL had named the tooth fairy :rotfl2: All I could see in my head was a fairy with a bag full of teeth doing her best jazz hands from house to house :rotfl: .

Okay, back to decorating these stupid cookies. My mom is in a lovely mood tonight which is making sitting out in the room with her oh so fun. Not sure what her problem is, but I want to get these cookies done!

:rotfl2:

Good news Down 1 lb. I get my 5 lb. ribbon back. It was weird. I started at 154. Last week I was at 150. This morning, the first time I got on, it said 146. I knew that couldn't be right. Then it said 149. Then it said 150. I decided to go with the median weight.
The bad news; I've got the flippin' flu again. Our school district offered free flu shots in Nov. and I thought I was too busy to go get it. Now I've been sick 3 times since then. I know what I'll do next year. Again, my appetite is down :thumbsup2 , but the desire/energy to exercise is shot. I'm drinking beaucoup water.
I haven't read all the posts yet, but love you all and :woohoo: for everyone for being here and doing the peep thing. Have a skinny weekend!

OK, the re-weighing didn't work. I am still at +2 lbs. Maybe the scale needs a new battery??? :confused3 :rotfl: I just had some warm lemon water, so we'll see what happens. I walked Jasper for 30 minutes, so that is 5 days in a row of exercising, which I do feel good about. I am going to post totals and snuggle with the kitty. I plan to have some serious results next week! It is supposed to be warmer, and I plan to walk Jasper as much as possible. So, here's today's totals...

B: whole wheat english muffin w/1 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter & 1 Tbsp sugar free blackberry jelly (200) & 2% string cheese (70)
L: another spinach tortilla/turkey wrap (300) & sf/ff dulce de leche pudding (60)
S: 1/4 cup buttered up almonds (160)
S: 2% string cheese (70)
D: honey mustard grilled chicken snack wrap & apple dippers @ Mickey D's (365)

TOTAL: 1225 calories & 118 oz. of water

OK, I should have eaten a little bit more, but by the time we got home from the store, it was past 8:30, and I am trying not to eat that late.

Hope everyone has a great night. I am going with a friend who is trying on wedding dresses tomorrow, and DH and I are going to Home Depot to see if we can get some supplies to build Jasper some agility equipment at home (and steal - I mean acquire LGMHPC), so I'm not sure when I will be able to check in, so I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

HELLO ALL!

Just thought I would take a moment to say hi! Can you believe that I already completed my 4th week of training.

Four weeks go by so fast. Hope everyone is doing well. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

I just want to say once again I really love all the people on this board.

Please continue to send prayers.. You are all GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

Congrats to you losers!!!:rotfl2: :thumbsup2

Love, B

Wow, you guys have been really chatty today!!! I went shopping after work today. My physical therapist told me no heels. So I went and bought 4 new pair. Than I went and bought 9 new shirts. Cato is my new favorite store!!!

Alright going to catch up the 8 pages I have missed! Slow down for a minute.

Alright I just finished page 600 and thought I had better post before I forget what I was thinking. Congrats Samers and Losers! Sorry that I was no help. I have made very bad choices this week almost daily! Ate out of frustration. But trying on clothes has motivated me!!!

Good morning everyone. Only have a few since Joshua just woke. WELCOME HOME ARIES!!! Early congrats to the losers and samers--I gained 1 pound

Good, you are suppose to be gaining!!! Get use to it!

Ok well... hmmm..

I apologize to any who have felt uncomfortable. I did not wish for that to happen. I was truly only sharing my feelings and if that has upset some then I will refrain form that in the future. I will be going to a paid counselor. I am very sorry and please do not address my problem anymore.

I would never want this to become a forum where negativity is the forefront. I dont want to have the thread closed.. so...

I will be cheering the losers and offering support to those who need prayers, I will laugh along with the people who are really funny.. And I will cry for those in pain.

I truly do love all the people on this board.

Love, B

Bee, I don't think anyone is uncomfortable. We just realize how hard it is for both of you. We all post things that don't relate directly to food. But we have become so close (weird, huh?), that we want to share the details with each other. We are all praying for your family.

LOSS OF 2 LBS!!!
Stacey, keeping your hip in my prayers!!!!

Congrats Fidge! You must not have eaten the lemon ice box pie you swiped out....wait a minute - I forgot I ate it before you could get here!!! Next time move faster!!! Thanks for the prayers! Today was better. Sorry for the frustration yesterday. Last night I took a Lortab, muscle relaxer and then I started to itch so I took some Benadryl. Needless to say, I slept really well! So good I almost did not wake up to go to the bathroom!!:lmao:

Now, to lighten the mood a bit - I wanted to share a video clip I just uploaded to YouTube for my Christmas TR! I'm sure many of you have heard about the Kitchen Sink sundae at Beaches & Cream in the Beach Club. If you haven't, it's a HUGE sundae with every kind of ice cream, topping, and a whole can of whip cream. I promised the kids we could get it for dinner on our last night in WDW... yes, for dinner! I'll be working this sundae off for months!!!

:3dglasses VIDEO - The Kitchen Sink :3dglasses

I guarantee, after you see this, you won't feel bad about those Green Goblin girl scout cookies!!! :lmao:

-Michelle

Holy Toledo! That was like a whole can of whip cream! What all was on top of that!? I did love the bowl though - wonder if you can buy them. That is probably a $30 dessert! Like that will cost you 8 days worth of snack credits!!

Hey Guys!!!

Oh and I've been taking Hoodia for appetite and it really works!
I saw an infomercial on it but there's was to expensive, so I go pure Hoodia at Walmart (it cant be diluted with green tea or anything else to be safe and most effective) The dose I take is 1000 mg. 1 hour before meals. And it REALLY helps with my nighttime munchies!

Has anyone else tried Hoodia? It pretty much works for me and it isn't the placebo effect.

I tried it last year with no results, but I may try again. So did you buy a liquid form?

Wierd ? OK I have bought the salad spritzer the balsamic breeze, can I tell you?? I am not feeling the love I had hoped, has anyone tired a different falvor that they LIKED?? I jsut hate to buy something else to sit there and look at me everytime I open the fridge.

BTW DH gave me a thumbs up last night beofre bedtime and I said well I don't see anything any smaller, you see all my pants are elastic waist so yeah they are a bit baggie but not falling off! SO now I will be forced to buy zipper pants to see if they will fit different.

IS it me?? I am just wishing that 25 lbs maybe would look more like 50 lbs off I guess

I wish I could get past the 10 pound mark! 25 sounds great!!! I like the balsamic breeze. I use a good bit and salt and pepper

AHHHHHHHHH Stacey I have the answer for that, you see your hip is swollen and reatining fluids so thats one lb there! I will not tolerate you minimzing that fact either! I hear I never lose an arugement!

When I got hurt the most frustating thing that destroyed my eatting was all the things I could NOT do even if I wanted like mop the house all day! Watching and guarding your movements so as to not injury fruther is enough to deal with in a day.

Be gentle with yourself Stacey I demand nothing less!!!

I must feel very empowered after the gals gave me my blown horn the other day!!

Thanks Fidge! I receive that and officially make this my excuse!! I am really trying to be careful. It is a huge inconvenience!

okay this is gross but, do you not find yourself thinking when you go big potty that "hey maybe there went another pound - I should go weigh" :confused3

Worked for me a couple of weeks ago!

OK UM, I am NOT highlighting this! Two reasons - 1) It doesn't affect your calculations, I don't think. And 2) I plan to weigh again when I get home, after drinking a LOT of water today. Here's why...

I GAINED 2 lbs! WHAT?!?!?!? I honestly do NOT know what I have done that would have caused this. I am soooooooo frustrated today. If I knew the cause and I could change it, I would not be upset, but I really don't know! I am hoping for a mishap in timing due to the jumbo pickle I ate yesterday and the sodium from it???:confused3 I have done my exercise bike for 30 minutes twice this week and my exercise ball for 30 minutes twice this week so far. I have stayed right around 1600 calories every day besides my cheat day and one day that was 1900, but since I weigh 230-something, that should not be an issue. And I don't believe my cheat day was any worse than any of the others. (I can't remember what we ate for dinner that day, so I will have to ask DH if he remembers tonight.) I was flabbergasted when I saw that number on the scale this morning! I was hoping to lose at least the .8 lb. I would have needed to get my 20-lb ribbon! Ugh! This is making me quite emotional, so sorry if I am rambling. I am trying to think about this logically and determine possible causes. I know that this is one week and next week may more than make up for it if it is just a fluke, but right now, in this moment, I feel frustrated and confused. I will work on this. I just want to see that number go down, and I want to know what I need to do to make that happen next week. OK, I guess I just needed to vent about that. I will keep plugging away and work even harder this coming week to see that loss next Friday. And I WILL be drinking a lot of water today and weighing again when I get home, and I will report what I see.

Maybe it is muscle! You are working out alot! How do your clothes feel!?

Good confession time...

I haven't had the following since before New Year's Day AND I haven't missed them:
1. fried anything
2. soda/cola
3. candy or sweets
4. potatoes

[/QUOTE]

What!!!!! You are my hero!!!! What do your eat?:lmao:

In about 48 hrs I will be arriving in DW!!!

Are you all packed!? Room for one more? Will you take a bribe....

Am I the only one here? Can you tell I am trying for 9000.

WOOOOO HOOOTY I WON! I WON!

Just missed 600, but I got 9000!!!

So you are one of the ones who conspired to keep me out of this!!!:rotfl2:

It took me forever to catch up from this morning!!This is the peeps today.:hyper2: :chat:

Some things that stuck in my mind because I forgot to quote.

UM,is that a pill that you were talking about? And was it in the diet section like with the slimfast?I am going to go back and find the name since I did not write it down.:scared:

Dawn,Sending prayers your way for a speedy recovery.

Bee,Love ya right back!!:grouphug:

Disneyfreak,You are doing great!!I am sure next week your loss will be huge.:goodvibes

dwheatl,SoOo sorry you are sick again.I hope it doesn't last long.

Nsalz,HI!!Good to "see" you

Pigget,I loved Andrew's reaction!!:lmao: I kind of felt that way when I found out I was pregnant with Rachel.:rolleyes1

I know there was more but I am tired.I need to get some sleep because I have to go sit in the rain and watch the little boys(Harley and I always refer to our DS9s as that.I am sure they love it) play ball.

Today I got a new bra because I have gone down at least a cup size and it is not gonna work.:sad2: I don't have the $$ to go buy a $50 bra.Anyone have any suggestions??Its not that they are big(not at all) but need alot of help to put them where God intended.Hope I haven't offended anyone but I am very frustrated.I put on a tank top yesterday and my arms looked great:cheer2: but my:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc looked awful.

Everyone have a skinny Saturday.I am going to try to be good,it seems like I spend all week trying to undo the damage I do on the weekends.

OK, I hate to be a party pooper, but I have to post this because, based on personal experience, I think it might really help some people. Some folks on here have a cheat day. For you, that might just mean a day where you don't write down everything you eat, or you indulge in one treat that you don't normally have. However, if you have a cheat day like I have a cheat day, watch out! A couple of times I've had a cheat day, and then gone back and tried to figure out the damage done, and whoa! If I've gone to a buffet, or a dessert bar (or rarely, a real bar) I can eat more than double my alotted points in a day. That really has a detrimental effect on your weight. I used to have a quote from Andy Rooney written in my old food diary, "Ignorance of the facts doesn't change the facts." That means just because you don't write down eating a piece of cheesecake doesn't mean your body won't know that it's had an extra 900 calories. And see, I wrote those magic words in a "just keep slimmin'" Dory blue!
dory.gif

Whew! Finally! I think I was sleep reading through the last couple of pages.

Just checking in just wanted to let you know that I am going to be in patient at a hospital in my home town for at least a few days :confused3 :scared: . My right kidney is infected very badly. The best chance is an in patient treatment with fluids and antibiotics. Please pray that this goes away. I'll have mamabearjo keep me up to date over the weekend on your successes.

So sorry Dawn. Maybe you can work on your story some! Hope all goes well and you have a speedy recovery. Sending love and prayers!

I've spent the last 24hrs praying to the porcelain gods. I feel soooo sick yet I managed to drag myself to a scale this morning, is that sad or what, considering it's downstairs in my laundry room.
Anyhoo, I finally drug , or is it dragged?, myself out of bed because I couldn't stand laying there anymore, but it's taken me over an hour to catch up on here. Hugs and prayers to those who need it, my brain isn't engaged enough to remember. I'm now going back to bed and try to eat some soup and keep it down. Oh, a;nd I really know I'm sick because I was so disapointed that I couldn't excercise today!

Yes you MUST be sick! If not exercising is a sign of sickness, then what I have must be fatal!!!!:rotfl2:

Told the kids this afternoon about the baby. I told Andrew, "Remember a couple of weeks ago when you were worried what Joshua was going to do when you and Katie were gone...well he is going to have a playmate." He replied, "Just shoot me now!" Not the replay I was looking for. Katie was excited and by the time we got back from Disney shopping Andrew was much better.

Side note--We think Joshua has pink eye--he aslo has a scratch on his eyelid and below his eye. Do not know if this made his eye look bad and goopy, or if he scratched it because it was bothering him. We are all washing hands and will see how he looks in morning. IF it still looks like this then I am taking him to dr. in the morning. We CANNOT GET PIMK EYE:eek: --We leave at 5 on Sunday morning.

We will miss you! Are you taking a laptop!? At least pink eye clears up fast with medication.

Okay, I can no longer hold my eyes opne. We are taking youth group to see "Amazing Grace" and then to get ice cream. I have got to clean house because we have company coming Sat. and Sun. night. I will check in when possible!

HoodiaX57 is at my Walmart in the Slimfast area and the BAD diet pills are. It's a capsule not a liquid. The infomercials version of pure Hoodia says you take between 800-1000mg. 1 hour prior to meal. The HoodiaX57 at Walmart version of the pure hoodia is 500 mg. so I take 2. I've been doing 4 times a day because I've been feeling sort of out of control, especially at night.

I do notice that when I do eat my meal I'm satisfied sooner...which doesn't necessarily mean I put down my fork any sooner though!!!!:rotfl2:

And my bedtime real hunger is SO gone!

Please research this Hoodia online and DONT get it mixed with those bad pills that we (mostly) all agreed were not a magic pill.

Misty and I called each other pretty much immediately to confirm they work and it's not all in our heads.

From what I've read, there's really no side effects when taking the pure hoodia stalks.

Also....

We've lost a total of just over 40 pounds this week!!!!!!!!!

WooooooHooooty!!!!!!

Fun Run Registration is OPEN!!!!!!!!!

Did anyone else know this? You can register online or print it out and mail it in. Just thought I would let you know in case you didn't. I don't know how fast they fill up. Guess I need to firm up whether I'm going or not. :confused3

I was just wondering about you the other night. How is your DH doing?
DH is doing much better. Things are finally starting to get back to normal around here. It has been a long three months for us.
YAY NSALZ IS HERE!!!! I've missed you! I ws thinking of you just two days ago...:goodvibes

so its friday and normally I cheat like a mad woman but today I just had a really fattening sandwich from Quiznos, and some jalepeno chips, and I was full most all day...I am gonna try REALLY hard to be good this weekend and not be as lax as I have been for the last several weekends...:)
Hi Harley...I have been kinda following here and there to see how you are all doing....Miss you too..didn't want to post because I was feeling kinda down. So I am trying to climb back up and take on some challenges (Like weight loss) again!
Thanks sis! Welcome back! We have to get skinnier for our other sis's wedding in August. Maybe if we get back to our weight for her first wedding 14 years ago, we can be bridesmaids again and wear our terribly expensive bridesmaids dresses again. We'll have worn them twice ....7 more timnes and we may get our money's worth!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
:rotfl: :rotfl: I was thinking of telling her that I was going to try to get skinny enough to wear that dress again. Great minds think alike! I think to fit in that dress again...I will have to lose 45 pounds by August 18th.....No problem!

YES!! Well it was a horror movie. I forget the name though. But basically the premise for all the gore was that if you saw the tooth fairy on the night you lost your last baby tooth, she would kill you. Lovely story. The beginning gave the legend of the tooth fairy and I always wondered if it was the actual legend of the tooth fairy or just the made up one for the movie.

Oh and there was a more family friendly movie with Kirstie Alley I believe. Never saw that one though.
When Darkness falls is the name of the tooth fairy movie.
i went and saw the 300 on imax and it was awesome if you are into violence and half naked men (gerard Butler)the phantom of the opera. but i just wanted to say hi and good night got a very busy day tommorow .:confused3

HAPPY SATURDAY, PEEPS! :sunny:

Headed down to my mom's house to spend the night tonight. It's about a 3 hour drive. It's my granddaddy's 97th birthday tomorrow! He and grandmother will be married 67 years at the end of March. :)

Just wanted to vent....The kids have been bugging me about whether or not we can go to WDW again this year. They all LOVE it! I told them to work on dad. We all want to go except him.

Well, I was in the bedroom last night but I heard him say loudly to DS...IF YOU ALL WANT TO GO TO DISNEY WORLD, I'LL GIVE YOU THE MONEY AND YOU CAN JUST GO!!! :sad2: He just has no love for Disney.

He'd rather be out on the beach which is, frankly, no vacation for me. We usually rent a house and there's still cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc. to do on those kinds of vacations. I was hoping we could go the same week as we went last year and that 180 day window opens in a couple of weeks. I may need some pixie dust on this one. :wizard:

Funny how good hair makes you feel thinner. :wizard:
Kim! Glad you finally broke down and left us a decent sized post! I got a haircut a few weeks ago and the compliments just keep coming. You're right....makes you feel thinner, hipper, cooler, etc. Don't be a stranger.
I had a Co Co Via . It is Chocolate w/blueberries and almonds and vitamins. It is supposed to lower your LDL bad cholesterol.
I keep seeing those on the hungry girl e-mail. Are they good?
Maybe if I post more during the week with you disappearing peeps..it will help me stay on track.
We've missed you! Glad your DH is better and things are getting back to normal.
He replied, "Just shoot me now!"
:rotfl2: Oh, Heather! This reminds me so much of when we told our oldest daughter (she was 10 at the time) we were having DS. I thought she was gonna puke. She said nothing, asked to be excused and went straight to her room with a headache/stomach ache. And now she is his biggest fan, his other-mother...
IMG_9016.jpg

I wonder really if, at that age, they begin to have an idea of what's causing these babies and that's what's really grossing them out!
The bad news; I've got the flippin' flu again.
OH, NO!!! :scared1: Danielle! Hope you feel better soon!
OK, the re-weighing didn't work. I am still at +2 lbs. Maybe the scale needs a new battery??? :confused3
Get a new scale when you're out today, Lynda! I think there's something wrong with that one. Your little Jasper is a cutie and I love your sweet kitty. She's a beauty.
Wierd ? OK I have bought the salad spritzer the balsamic breeze, can I tell you?? I am not feeling the love I had hoped, has anyone tired a different falvor that they LIKED?? I jsut hate to buy something else to sit there and look at me everytime I open the fridge.
I didn't like the balsamic spray dressing either. And I thought I would because I love balsamic vinager. I do really like the Kraft Light Done Right Golden Caesar. If you like caesar dressing, you'll probably like it too.

HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!!!:flower3:

Yes you MUST be sick! If not exercising is a sign of sickness, then what I have must be fatal!!!!:rotfl2:
Me too :lmao:

Well, I was in the bedroom last night but I heard him say loudly to DS...IF YOU ALL WANT TO GO TO DISNEY WORLD, I'LL GIVE YOU THE MONEY AND YOU CAN JUST GO!!! :sad2: He just has no love for Disney.
Hi Melinda we've missed you, I can't believe your DH can't you work your feminine charms on him? ;)

Kim! Glad you finally broke down and left us a decent sized post! I got a haircut a few weeks ago and the compliments just keep coming. You're right....makes you feel thinner, hipper, cooler, etc. Don't be a stranger.
We're still waiting for your new hairdo photos melinda :surfweb:

Great Recaps!! Thanks for working so hard

:yay: Dismom, Stacey, Melinda :cheer2:

Lynda hope you weigh yourself again at precisley 5am - I dont know why but I am so much lighter at 5AM!! Dont freak out, just keep plugging, maybe you'll get a 5# loss Friday!!

UTma yep, what she says - I did research on the 'net and found their are fakers of hoodia out there, the X57 is supposed to have the contract (?) on the extract - and you're right Wendy, I need to start taking it when those munchies kick in!!

Danielle you're so right on the cheating. Diet and exercise is not a punishment for getting fat (so why the need to reward with... cheesecake *sigh) its a REWARD FOR GETTING HEALTHY! (if I say that enough, surely I will believe!!)

ALLIE Thanks for the FIND - get your REGISTRATIONS IN!! :woohoo: (dont make me be the only one runnin!!)

Stacey You are amazing!!!

Jo did you oversleep? Probably out galavanting the countryside!!

Nsalz :grouphug: Thanks for posting - Come back and play, we'll help you through it!!

BEE :hippie: :cheer2: :grouphug: oh and here:flower3: Keep on keepin on!! So glad Lynda reminded us of another struggle posted, its all good girlfriend!!

Misty No wonder I couldnt remember the name of the Kirstie movie, that just doesnt sound right!! :rotfl2: on the 300 - I've seen clips and thought to pass - Im want to go to the Harley hog movie!!

Heather and Melinda on telling those kids!! :rotfl: Too cute - now DS were in 6th and 4th grade, my second born, he just shrugs no reaction... the 6th grader, I remember taking him to Target just the two of us and we sat down at the food court, and talked..... he was happy... as long as he could still play hockey... and he asked me about breastfeeding!! I asked him how he would feel because more than likely I'd have to nurse during games... he thought it was the best food for the baby!!! That kid helped put my mind at ease!! They always surprise us!! (and our hockey team had a lot of great parents on it and they were all about the nursing.. )

Well I"m babbling..

DD group has their final practice for the talent show (the bane of our existence!!)

oh I couldnt get the youtube to work thru the whole thing!! (p;out pout!) but the Travel channel showed that kitchen sink, I dont like mixing my flavors!!

HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!!!:flower3:

Yep!!:lmao: He was 10 when he learned about Joshua and he is know Joshua's biggest fan and vice versa. I eally think he thouht it was going to change the make-up of the family. We made it very clear nothing was going to change--he still would have his own room ... and we will still go to Disney World.

Question----JOshua's eye is not that pink. It is more swollen like he has been hit in the eye--which we think he was---When I asked at daycare about his eye because at that time you could see the two cuts--the afternoon teacher replied. "Yeah, I saw it, but I don't know what happened or when it happened. He could have ran into the door or did something to it himself--but it was very obvious something was wrong. I am going to go ahead and call the dr. this morning--just don;t know if I should take hime to the peditrician--our eye dr. is out of town or I would have figured this out. We will see--here is my schedule today---soccer from 8:00 until 11:00, Andrew hair cut noon, Joshua Dr. whenever we can get in, family coming over for party (leaving the boys to finish cleaning house while at soccer) then I get to pack---I leave in less than 24 hours.

Good news Down 1 lb. I get my 5 lb. ribbon back. It was weird. I started at 154. Last week I was at 150. This morning, the first time I got on, it said 146. I knew that couldn't be right. Then it said 149. Then it said 150. I decided to go with the median weight.
I happen to thi nk you are skinny already since your starting weight is my GOAL weight:teeth:

Just thought I would take a moment to say hi! Can you believe that I already completed my 4th week of training.
Wow, time flies , huh? You seem to be in such good spirits. I am thinking of you and your family. I went throught the same thing so I can relate. If you ever need to vent I will be here:hug: You are a strong, smart woman and you will be fine. You both will.It just takes some time.;)

Why is it it that the one part of me that I would actually prefer remain larger is the first place I lose weight? I also have the incredible shrinking ladies. I got a Spanx Bralleluia. It spans two cup sizes and has no underwire.Comfy. I have had very good luck in the past with Vassarrat brand from Walmart. They average around $6.00 each. Heck at that price buy a couple.:thumbsup2

I am wicked worried about Buffets and din ing out because when we go to Disney next month we will not have a condo with a full kitchen just a hotel room fridge. We are making a grocery stop en route to resort to but fruit, healthy snacks, case of water and crystal lite to try to keep me on track. But I fully intend to eat a Mickey bar and possibly even a burger with fries. I am going to try to remain sensible even at all you can eat. My plan is make a salad, then cup soup, then a taste of entree and a taste of dessert and I made late breakfast ressies to have it as Brunch and just have a yougurt or a fruit for breakfast. I am still nervous though.

HAPPY SATURDAY, PEEPS! :sunny:

:wizard:
B]HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!!![/B]:flower3:
Pretty much sums up me and DH. So, I took him up on it and me and the kids are going alone in April:cool1:
Oh and Melinda I almost forgot to mention, the Coco Via is good. It is dark chocolate with chewy little bluberries and crunchy almoonds in it. It didnt sound appealing to me but I gave it a shot. I got 5 iindividual bars in a box at Big Lots for 2.99 and I just saw them at drug store in vitamin area for 6.00 so I guess I got a deal. They are good! I also tried the new Special K with chocolate but I thought it was gross.
