Well, I'm not happy about this, but I'm up 2.4 pounds this week. Right back to my original starting weight! I'm at least doing very well with the exercise...lots of walking (training for WDW!) and some weight training. However, I KNOW I'm taking in way more calories than I can possibly burn. I have the same problem some others have mentioned: depending on when I weigh in I can fluctuate 4-5 pounds in a day.
Plus, this is the busiest weekend ever (church responsibilities!) and I have an old friend coming to visit. Add to that my lovely new cold and I'm ready to spit nails.

And remember - at least we're still TRYING! Two steps forward, one step back, you're still moving ahead. And that's the main thing.

Consider it Breakfast for tomorrow (I do that sometimes!!!). Get on the treadmill for 2 hours? Forget about it and start fresh with breakfast tomorrow and never allow Cheetos or other junk in your house cuz you are a warrior?
