370... that's the number of emails I've received from Northern Ireland in the last 3 days.
And of course, I have to answer all of them... I'm getting nothing done!
You and me both! But it's okay... I'm just taking a mini-vacation from the scale and the obsessive compulsive healthy eating until school starts... I'm not being horrible... just not being so ocd about it... and I'm not getting back on the scale until school starts because I'm no longer controlled by a number on a machine. I'm exercising and socializing and I feel great and I've changed in sooooo many ways I can hardly believe it. I'm not off the wagon, I'm just taking a break from the merry-go-round.
Sooooo cute! Those wittle cheeks! And the lips... I love baby lips for some reason...
Guilty! I am so addicted to exercising now...
My health has improved a lot, but my confidence has improved even more! I was at a party with lots of adults who knew each other... I and I didn't know a single one of them... but I walked right up, introduced myself, talked, told stories, kidded around, visited and most importantly HAD FUN!
My Disney "today I feel" magnet on my fridge stays on "ecstatic" all the time... because I AM!
Darn!!!! Just today, I was thinking "I need to tell Punkin about that"... now, I can't for the life of me remember what "that" is...
I'm going to be there then!!!!!!!!!!
You should be very happy with it! Overall that's 20 seconds better than a 10 min/mi pace. My friend Kara runs 5k's and 10k's and does triathlons and sometimes marathons... she says she always tries for a 10 min/mi pace. Great job!
I know what you mean about what you can do now compared to what you used to be able to do... amazing, isn't it!?!?!?!?!

You can pretty much always guarantee that Dene' and I are out there somewhere exercising, at least once a day M-F for me and likely more than that for her!

I have already burned through all but 16 of my 2007 pts (UY is Dec) Now I am trying to figure out if DH and I can get to WDW 12/31-1/6 this year. It would only cost about $1000 b/c of AP's, but airfare is high that week. I told DH the solution is simple...we need to buy more pts!!!He did say in a year we could for sure..I hope he is right!!!

I ran my first 5k today, finished in 30:40.Not exactly an earth shaking time, but I'm happy with it.
