Punkin: LTT is a nice restaurant. We did it once and I'm glad we did, but I'm not in a hurry to get back there. If you like an old fashioned sit back and relax, holiday dinner this is the place. The character interaction is great.

I just asked myself what stands out if anything from this meal, the apple cobbler was fantastic! Just a nice traditional american meal.

I think you will enjoy yourselves. If you are looking to go out with a bang, you may want to rearrange some ADR's.

Good Morning Peeps,

It is a grey and rainy Monday here and I really wish I was still in bed. What is with this whole working thing? Can I retire now? I left DH home with both the babies today. He has to go in for his 6 month CAT scan and took the day off. I expect a phone call any second . It is good for him to experience both boys first thing in the morning and all that goes with trying to get them out the door. Love you honey, good luck!

We had a good weekend. Spent Saturday evening in Hershey, PA strolling around the Hershey theme park. It was done really well for the holidays and hello...the whole freaking town smells like chocolate. If you have never been, the Hershey's factory is there and literally, the entire place smells like a giant hershey bar. Not so great for the diet... I refrained, and did not buy the 5lb hershey bar but let me tell you, the kid I side swiped while DH dragged me away screaming and kicking is healing just fine.

Tia, I am so sorry to hear about the hospitalization. WDW will always be there. You need to worry about getting well. I am sending you lots of and and a for a speedy recovery. Thank your SO for us!

Pigget, I love the pictures!! Rebekah is such a cutie. I love poses 1 and 9. Your family is beautiful. And look at you!!! I can't believe you just had a baby. You look great!! Oh, and I like #1 too.

Melinda,Basketball...I wouldn't have the first clue. I am sure you can wing it though. Anyone who can make 30 quiches at once can handle a little old basketball game. Good lucK!

Dawn, I am not a fan of LTT so I would try for something else. What about the California Grill at the Contemporay? I think that would be a great way to end your dining experience and if you time it right you can watch the fireworks at MK while you dine.

Laura, I am sorry about your DS' asthma. At least you know what you are up against now. We are supposed to stop our DS' breathing treatments today and see how it goes but I am really nervous to do so since he has been doing so well.

Kat, for all the new clothes and for under $200...what a bargain. I need new pants too but refuse to buy any until I am at my goal weight. The pair I am wearing now are pinned at the waist to keep them from falling off. Classy, huh? Oh well, I guess I am cheap.

pigget74 I love all of those pictures, How do you choose one. That's one thing I hate when I take any of mine to get their pictures done, so many poses to choose from and you hate to leave ones behind but it would mean you would have to spend a small fortune. The kids had a 90 minute delay due to icing. Got to go get them ready then it's off to the gyn for me Yes I am happy because I haven't been there in weeks. Every time I was ready to go someone was sick and with three kids someone is always sick in fall/winter. danielle - i LOVE panera bread! i wish we had one closer to where i live. the closest one is about 30 minutes away. i love their oriental chicken salad (i forget the name of it) and their green iced tea is just soooooo good!

DS starts church basketball this week. I got a call from one of the directors who asked me if I would lead the devotions for the team and of course I said I would. Turns out he made me assistant coach. I don't really know ANYTHING about basketball so wish me luck.

you're such a good mom! i would be soooooooo lost on a basketball court. any other sport i'm okay with, but i have NO CLUE about basketball! good luck!!!

well, i did some rearranging. i'm keeping LTT because ray mentioned he'd like to try it and i do want to incorporate the very little input that he has in this vacation! but i moved LTT to our first night and then kona cafe to our last. we loved kona last time and i can't wait to go back, so i figure that will give us something to look forward to on the last day. i thought about cali grill, but we can't go there because it's 2 TS credits. we're saving our 2 TS credits for narcoosee's and we've got a 8:30 ressie there as to catch the fireworks!

the doorbell rang about an hour ago and i saw that it was the UPS guy, so i was in no rush to go see what it was because i figured it was a bird watching journal i had ordered for ray's sister for christmas. i finally went to the door a minute ago and looked at the return label and it said precision camera.....so i ran to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and tore open the box and my camera was there, all better! i'm so happy. pathetic, huh?

I have a huge gripe: I am determined to book a room only ressie to reserve a spot for my family next year. My session timed out due to me lookin for my wallet, then my credit card, then having to change a few diapers, and when I resubmitted my info.......EACH NIGHT INCREASED $20.00.

Now I won't book it due to personal issues, I am feeling inside with WDW.

Monica and Dawn---I sooo understand about the Band Concert. We went to DS's concert last week--we skipped the 6th grade part and went to the 7th only--I was impressed far more than I thought I would be. He plays the trumpet.


Dawn--I am glad that you switched LTT. We have gone there several times and this is usually where we eat when we go to MVMCP, but the last time we ate there was a year ago TG night and I probably will not go back. You want to have a memorable last meal and I do not think that you would have gotten that. Just my .02's.

I am having a hard time being motivated on getting smaller. I even bought myself a pair of pants that I knew I couldnot wear until I lost a little more fluff and I am still not motivated. I think I am going to just try to maintain until after the Christmas and then hit it hard. I have done horribly on my 3 challenges and I really do not remember what I put other than water -- that is sad.

Melinda I can see how they would get PRAYER and ASSISTANT confused Something similar happened to me a few years ago. I did sign up to an assistant for soccer and specifically told them I could not be head coach due to DH work. Well I got a call from the chair and he was like -- sorry could not finf a coach for your kids team so you will have to be the coach. I wasn;t happy--but we came in 2nd place for the city that season.

I would not have aclue on how to coach basketball--go luck. Is this team throug the upward program?

Well peeps. I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes today at the gym I was stinkin' by the time I left and I felt so bad for the lady who watching the kids in the little daycare. Long story short - her tree got picked to go to Rockefeller center this year so we were talking about that and I excused myself for being stinky and she laughed and said that's nothing you should be here when I change a diaper I'll by later on tonight.

PS on the guys who have to go to the concerts, I went to DS school one year for their Christmas concert, it wasn't that bad, they sung too and I will have to admit they were all good even the band.

Hi peeps. Just caught up with all the postings which takes about 4 hours when you skip a couple of days.

Tia--so sorry you had this happen to you but thank goodness you caught it in time. I know you are bummed about your trip; this is how I felt last year when I couldn't go due to breast cancer. Just try to stay positive and think about how much better the next trip will be because you'll be able to celebrate being alive. And that's the best thing to be able to celebrate.

Daneille--we should have combined your friend's funeral with my aunt's as there were way too many people. My female cousin, who had the baby the same day her mom died, is excused in my book but my two male cousins sure dropped the ball on putting together their mom's service/reception. My mother's family is a huge Italian family and past funerals should have given them some idea of the crowd to expect. Well there was not enough room at the chapel and there certainly wasn't enough room at the reception. No exaggeration, we were standing elbow to elbow at the reception. There were 150 people in a room meant to hold about 25. I did speak with my brother who I have not spoken to in 10 years. Since he was at my left elbow, there was no way to avoid it!!!! I was sure grateful that I'd lost 25 lbs.

To everone else, just a fly-by hello here. We only have a few more weeks of tempting Christmastime food. Does anyone else find it harder to stay on track when the weather is cold? Diet food just doesn't sound as good when it's cold outside.

I am a dork and did not see the standard button unchecked and it was quoting me a water view room. I don't need a view of anything, I just need a nice clean place to wash and sleep.


So, I called them direct, got the AAA discount, and we are booked for POR November 28-Dec 7, 2008.

We are going back next year for christmas!

Now I am excited. Now I am feeling me some motivation.

i know you're your own worst critic, but you look AWESOME!!!! you just had a baby and i would've never guessed. it's so hard to lose weight this time of year anyway.....give yourself a break and wait until the new year!
