Good morning Peeps!
So I have a question - how do you all get your water in every day? I have a tough time getting all 8 glasses (and then some, if it's a gym day) in. I have to have my water very cold and after a while it gives me a belly ache. (And need for a catheter...or a move of my desk into the handicap stall in the Ladies Room!)
Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

i'm off to get my oil changed, lay in the tanning bed, go by the bank, then to drop the doggies off at their grandma's house. then i come home and pack up the car to go to the beach for anna's wedding. ROAD TRIP!!!!!!i love trips where it's not all interstate and you're not in a rush. we stay on I-85 through georgia and into alabama to montgomery, but then we get off on back roads for the rest of the way. don't we have some alabama peeps? allie? robin? or am i just imagining that. i'll wave to you as we go by!!!
i'm not weighing in yet. i have the feeling i'll have luck on the potty (did i just say that.....really?) so i'm gonna wait.

Got you updated!Ok, so I'm actually posting my weightI'm at 195.5 right now. By Thanksgiving I would have loved to be at 185, but that is over 10 lbs. So Aaron - my updated Turkey day goal is to be at 188 or a loss of 7.5 lbs by Thanksgiving morning!

I have loved that show since it started! I can't wait for the Halloween special. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my roughest days of work (usually) so I actually think about just making it to Wednesday so I can watch ghost hunters. I secretly have a crush on Grant and Steve![]()

Even though I'm not officially on the weigh in roster, I just wanted to chime in and say that I lost the Disney weight! Thank goodness! Who really eats that much food in real life?

So I have a question - how do you all get your water in every day? I have a tough time getting all 8 glasses (and then some, if it's a gym day) in. I have to have my water very cold and after a while it gives me a belly ache. (And need for a catheter...or a move of my desk into the handicap stall in the Ladies Room!)
I do try to get at least those 3-4 glasses of water in, but try to drink non-caffeinated, no-sugar beverages for the other 4-5 glasses.
I drink Crystal Lite, but find that gets old pretty quickly. I limit myself to one glass of reduced-sugar juice a day.
Right now I'm on an herbal tea kick. They're all decaf white teas in a ton of different flavors - the Twining's Straberry Mango I bought in Epcot a couple of trips back is my favorite. It's such a treat (and free!), especially now that the New England winter is in sight. (Shoo! Shoo! Go away winter!) I just don't know what else to try if this gets old too.
Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

I lost! My broccoli theory works! (coincidence?) I lost -1.6! which is a mere 3.4 till Thanksgiving!I think a goal of 4 pounds a month after that will be ok. 1 pound a week, people! One would think that is acheivable, riiiiight? You can update me WIDF! Thanks
I loaded up on portion controlled packets of Oatmeal, BUT can easily eat 2, and do! 1 packet barely covers the very bottom of a cereal bowl. And I figure if I only eat one, I'll be HUNGRY in an hour and possibly cheat, so 2 works "grape" till lunch. So I feel like that isn't an excuse, but a wise choice.
I'm proud of myself lately! I feel very blessed to have y'all as friends!
OH!!!! OFF TOPIC- has anyone seen Eventer lately? I done her wrong and NEED to apologize to her because I am a total shmuch!![]()

HellooOOoooo! We miss you! Congrats on the 10 pounds! Think of a 10 lb. bag of sugar...I'm here UM. Just lurking and checking things out. I have been totally busy since I gave up the daycare and started my new job. I love my job but it has thrown my scheduled life into upheavel. On the plus side I have lost 10 lbs since I started.
Hmmmmm, I think I've not been doing gains at all so even if you gain 10 pounds one week and the next week you lose 9, I still put -9. It doesn't make much sense even to me. When all is said and done, EACH person's total weight loss since the beginning of this thread will be what counts, I think. Because technically I've lost like 50 pounds all together...but only 4.8 total keepers. (Geez, I am such a LOSER!)OK, not quite sure how to post my weigh in.This is the problem with not weighing in. Oh well. Here's the deal...I weighed in right before we left for WDW at 217.?, and I came back from WDW weighing 230.?.
But I haven't weighed in here since before we left. Now I am at 224.2, so I am up 7 lbs from before WDW, but I am down about 6 lbs from when we returned. Maybe I should just post this as a new starting point. Wendy, if you want to count me in the total, it looks like I gained 13 lbs at WDW, but took 6 of it off in the past week and a half. Or you can just not count me this week, and next week I'll have a refular +/- number (- of course!
). Whatever you want to do is fine by me.

but weight wise it is pretty cool .
i have not been able to eat sweetssad1: and everything i can eat is soft and easy to chew(so mostly soup and bread )that is my weight loss secret
so my total weight is almost 40 pds so far . i would put my ribbon on but am afraid too because of the siggie police,

well today is the day i have alot to pack and load into the car once DH gets back from work . i had to take him to work this morning so he could go pick up the rental van and i am exhausted my kids are still asleep so i am gonna take a power nap be back later. have a skinny day,![]()
