L-turkey and cheese sanwich on whole wheat(200)
S-granola bar(190),banana(100)
D-eggs(160),1 1/2 biscuits(220),jelly(30),turkey bacon(105),milk(90)
TOTAL-1305 calories
I did abot 35 min. strength training(with the personal trainer and Dragonfly) and 25 minutes on the treadmill.I RAN for four minutes.
I would have walked longer but Dragonfly drug me to Michaels...
