am curious what is your trainer teaching you?
 
yes it was Seattle and it was horrible, why do these people put themselves thru such torture and WHY aren't their mamas telling them tehy stink?

Guess they don't believe in honesty and tough love?:confused3

Actually, I was on another site ordering ink for my printer so I can print out my "fat picture" for the recipe scrap book and I just popped back in to see what was goin on

I hear you and I both had the same brilliant idea for our books...:beach:
great minds think alike...or maybe we both just have a one track mind...
 
We just did basically the same weight routine we have done before...he just makes us do it!

some legs, shoulders, and back stuff.
 
I'm thinking I need to focus on more cardio and keep the weights kinda lite right now, dont wanna make my fat fatter by building up a muscle underneath...just trying to make the few muscles I have a little stronger...my glut max dont need any more definition, if ya know what I mean! Its rather LG as it is!
 
I think I'm gettig sick. I just felt so run down today...ZERO energy. Didn't feel bad other than that, but I haven't felt that lifeless in forever.

Now my "mumps" are hurting...I can't remember what they are really called, but they are the knots that form on your neck when you are sick and that swell up real big when you get the mumps...they absorb infection like tonsils...OH MY - I hope I am not getting Tonsilitis!!! I was lovin all over Ray right before she got sick!

am curious what is your trainer teaching you?

I figured we were both typing at the same time :lmao:

He showed me how to use all the equipment correctly... which muscles to focus on (like on one you pretend to try to crack a nut between your shoulder blades). We've also talked about cardio only vs. cardio + weights and eating healthy and burning out. Most of it was casual conversations... standing talking about how crowded/busy it was, walking the treadmill, etc.

So far he's also taught me that he's 34, he and his brother have a t-shirt printing business (he does training for the extra $), he used to be into body building... weighed 210 and walked funny, now he weighs 185, and he has an ex-girlfriend who has been to WDW but he has never been and would like to go. :love:

He has dark hair, a moustache/beard combo, and piercing blue eyes... I have DVC... sounds like a match to me!:dance3:
